I’ve been using Barcode Scanner for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you scan all kinds of barcodes – QR codes, UPC, even driver’s licenses. Pretty solid app if you’re into that sort of thing.
Here’s what you do: you just point your phone’s camera at the barcode and it scans it instantly. There’s also some handy parsing tools to read the info in barcodes more easily. And you can save scanned barcodes for later – that’s come in clutch a few times.
Look, if you need to scan barcodes a lot, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Barcode Scanner. I've tested a bunch of barcode apps and this one's pretty solid. The scanning works really well - it's fast and accurate. Way better than trying to manually type in long codes. And the parsing features are also super useful if you need to extract specific info from barcodes. But the UI could use some work, it's not the most intuitive. And the free version has ads which can get annoying. Overall though, it's one of the better barcode scanning apps I've tried.

Outstanding. This is the only Android barcode scanner I've found that can read Maxicode, which is what UPS uses on their shipping labels. It also reads USPS Intelligent Mail barcodes...
