Works very well. Scans qr codes that commercial scanners sometimes can't pickup. And works from a distance (careful what QR codes are in the background. Only negative for me is the window that opens after one scan that delays you scanning the next item (two menu clicks instead of one). Obviously not a big deal, especially on something free.

After a few months I have decided that the speed of decoding the barcodes is not worth the very long load time. Any other barcode reader I have tested loads at least 10 times faster, so the time I gain from using the app is actually time lost waiting for the main window to show up.

Outstanding. This is the only Android barcode scanner I've found that can read Maxicode, which is what UPS uses on their shipping labels. It also reads USPS Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMb), and it does so faster than the two IMb apps in the Play Store. Finally, it has much richer and more detailed settings than any barcode scanner I've used. Excellent app.

The september 12 2024 update made the app start crashing immediately upon opening. I loved this app. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY.

worked perfectly until recently. In the past we used this app to check our barcode generation specific for records with macro5 or macro6 and it worked perfectly. Now it seems the non-printable ASCII characters needed for group and record separators are no longer shown. We will likely have to find a new tool.

Great! I use it every day for work. My only suggestion would be in the event of multiple bar codes, please have it read the one in the crosshairs. It's slightly annoying having to cover up other codes and reposition and rescan just to get a specific code to scan. Other than that, it's been better than the rest I've tried!

This is the best phone scanner for reading 2D codes. It read codes that no other app will.

Best barcode scanning app. This isn't for your average person to scan QR codes they find in the wild but is so useful for anyone who works with 1D,2D codes and data matrices etc. Clean and easy to use, does not instantly open URLs so no risk of scanning unknown codes that take you to websites you don't want to visit. 5/5

Best of it's kind. Reads things others don't. The only enhancement I wish it could do is to tell em the country code of a barcode as some of the other barcode scanners can do that.

This app is extremely fast! It also identifies the type of barcode being used. This is by far the best overall barcode app I've ever used!

Very good and reliable scanner. The fifth star will be given, if one could switch off the beep after after each scan (or adjust its volume).

I tried about 7 of these apps and this is the only one that did what I wanted very seamlessly. Simply scan and auto copy the code. This is way better than even the paid ones.

So far, it seems brilliant. No nonsense, straight into scanning, instant results, offers options as to what to do with the scanned code. And no onerous cookie consent dialogs to get through to reject tracking cookies from hundreds of "partners".

The only gripe I can give is that it can be hard to get the code you want put of a group of them because of how fast the scanner can catch something. I often don't see what is in the camera view until the scan is done. Continuous can let you keep scanning, but I don't need the massive scrolling list, only the most recent.

GET THIS NOW!! I've tried loads of bar and qr code scanners and this one is far and away the best. In a class of it's own. It picks up and captures codes so frikkin fast... Sometimes with only half the length of the barcode bars in frame. It can read about every type of code; micro qrs, postal for many countries & much more. Theres more settings allowing user optimal scanning flexibility

This is an excellent app with a lot of configurations for more advanced uses. I have installed (and the uninstalled) many, many barcode apps and this is probably the best. The ability to parse a GS1 barcode is a great feature. The only option I wish was in the app would be the ability for it to show hidden characters such as start/stop characters, group separators, etc.

Wow...just wow...After trying several barcode scanners -none of which worked well- I tried this one. The barcode reading was super fast and accurate. To keep scanning a quick continue button sped up the multiple readings I needed to take. When done I just emailed myself a .cvs file with all the scanned items. The previous apps either did not do what they advertised or erased over 35% of scans. The App was intuitive with loads of settings to fine-tune and capabilities to share galore.
