Has always worked fine for me as a go-between wallet until recently, when it has started freezing up all the time. I've checked for any and all phone issues and all else seems well, but I can't be sure it's the app, since I assume most stuff like this is a software or settings conflict I'm locked out of fixing. Either way, I now need to restart it after about one minute of use, however I use it, so I can't get anywhere. I'll have to switch for this purpose.

Have truly enjoyed collecting NFTs. I did not think that I would, but I do. If the app was not so glitchy, I would have rated 5 stars. For instance, I have not been able to log in for 3 days. Sometimes, your nft image will not show up and scam air drops that you can not delete or erase. Are just a few. All in all... I do like their dapp options, and collecting the art and drops has been fun.

Unhelpful customer service. Have been trying to convert crypto and there has been error every single time for months. Contacted customer service and tried all the suggested methods which did not work. They ignored my last couple messages (no reply at all), then closed my ticket. When I reported that this issue hasn't been resolved yet, they said the ticket has been closed and I need to create a new ticket. If I were you, I'd use another platform for crypto, which I'm planning on doing anyway.

I'm already an experienced investor and have traded on MANY platforms. AFTER you make several costly mistakes, and begin to understand how it all works; this app does exactly what is is supposed to do and does it very well. And, in most cases I have seen so far, it is cheaper or similar costs as other platforms. I like how easy it links to my bank. This is still my go-to when I convert to usd and "cash out" of other wallets.

It's a sub-par hot wallet option. The interface is inferior. You cannot add custom tokens by supplying contracts IDs. There is no rhyme or reason in the coin sorting. They do not display market price for coin so you can only see your total value and have to refer to other charts for unit prices. Their support is little to none so if you have an issue, good luck!

It's ridiculous, you transfer crypto in to trade and get charged fees. then it will not allow you to convert the crypto to buy. The gas fees that i've racked up to make a purchase is beyond upsetting and the app is annoying. To add to the previous maybe it was growing pains. That i didn't fully understand and i've come to use and enjoy the app . I embraced it and have completed some trades . I increased my rating overall but the last update is killing me. Need some help !!!!

Absolutely terrible. Interface looks simple, but it's not easy to navigate. The main problem is you can't actually DO anything. It's a money trap. You can buy crypto or transfer from other places, but the FEES are SOO high, you can't convert them to anything or send them out anywhere. Your coins are basically stuck. You have to pay a CRAZY amount to do the transfers. Stay away.

After the latest redesign, I stopped being able to pay for something by redirecting from another app. Eg: I want to buy a gift card in Bitrefill, click pay, and that used to show me a list of apps where I could pay for that, including the Coinbase wallet. Now it just doesn't show anymore, or I get redirected directly to some other wallet. It's like it stopped supporting payment links.

Your app has caused me to lose so much money. How can I rely on an app that gives me errors constantly? It feels like my money is held hostage on this app. I've lost out on so many opportunities due to these errors and delays. Customer support takes forever. Trades happen within seconds and minutes, these issues take days or weeks to address. I will be migrating to metamask and trustwallet. This has been a nightmare.

I like it, but I'm finding less and less reasons to use it these days. It's a convenient place to buy coins or tokens sometimes. When was the last learn and earn? I don't even remember. I don't even use the card rewards anymore because my credit card's rate is higher. Seems like they oversold themselves on gimmicks and are scrambling to cut back. The wallet is pretty lackluster, too.
