And the TruCheck™ badge lets you know which listings are legit and available. The app even has an AI assistant called BayutGPT you can chat with if you’ve got any questions.
Look, if you’re into real estate or just curious about the UAE market, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit confusing at first and there are some ads – but overall it does a solid job of helping you find your next home. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

So here's my take on Bayut – UAE Property Search. I've tested a bunch of real estate apps and this one's up there. The search features are really robust and I like how you can see detailed info on each listing. And the floor plans and valuation tools are also super useful if you're serious about buying. On the downside, the app can feel a bit cluttered at times and the AI assistant is hit or miss. But overall, it's a pretty solid option if you're hunting for a new place in the UAE.
