Recently you have degraded some options which seems very bad impact, Bayut Apps. What you promised while signing contract with Client for a yearly Contract quoting more dreams, Sir.. you can do lot of things and ads using your smartphone devices through our bayut apps etc.Once we signed contract then paid, changing or degrading those options without Client's concerns or even without information, which is not good and totally unacceptable. Hope you bring back all previous options, Add Prop..

Most listings on Bayut are fake or outdated. Prices are often dishonest what’s shown is never what agents actually offer. Many agents are rude, unprofessional, and push for off-the-record commissions or extra hidden fees. It feels more like a scam than a serious property platform. Bayut needs to verify listings and hold agents accountable. Until then, be very cautious using this site.

Good app for searching for rental accomodation. Gives you extra information of amenities, schools and the community where the property is. However, some of the rented properties are not quickly shown if they have been rented out. Also there is need to show that above the rent you will pay extra things like Ijari, DEWA, commission etc.

It used to work reasonably fine, but now the app seems mostly unusable. When scrolling down it keeps stoping, like it"s taking time to load, but even in the middle of the list, after some seconds you can continue. When you enter an ad, and then you go back, instead of continuing in the list of apartments as expected, you are taken to the home and start over. There are also obvious filters missing, like filtering by vacant or tenanted properties.

Photos and description are not always the same as shown. Photos of one flat may contain photos of other similar flat. For example, kitchen photo shown in one property may not belong to the same, buy from a similar, good looking, other flat. So instead of believing the photos, visit personally. Never believe the map! They just add a random location!

really bad, most of the apartments post fake pictures, half of agencies don't respond to msgs and the rental price mentioned for apartments the agent always add 10% to 15% to it...........

Brilliant platform for selling and buying properties

Good features and easy to browse and shortlist. But can add some more Filters options like excluding certain communities or areas when shortlisting some specific budget and property

the best app in the UAE - I love filters and the fact you can search apartments in the map not just as a list

it was a very common pattern that all units are not available and agents offer other units with higher prices saying it is market trends . this is not only 1 case it is more than 10 cases i am kept searching for 2 weeks and same pattern is here. bayout now is not a trust place to look for any property

90% fake ads when you call or message the property not available and showing something lower than the ads and asking 3 time more than the ads what they are showing. fake scammer mostly

this app now full of cheaters asking for commision 2500dhs and online process stuff 500dhs, most of the properties are duplicated with different names for the same agent!!!! and many of those postes flats for rent are not available, cheaters and thiefs, unworthy app, and eveybody here doesnt care only for money

Since propertyfinder destroyed their login process, I moved to Bayut. Now I find it's impossible to log in on Bayut as well. Why even make an app if you make it impossible to log in?

Excellent services and the app in this field... However, I suggest adding a Video option, because photos alone can't show many important details required by the customer. Thank you for the great work you are doing

Excellent application. Thank you! One single suggestion I have: can you make available Year of completion filter for the ready properties? It would be great for selecting after a certain year whatever property we would like to buy/rent. I am looking forward to have a feedback 😁. Many thanks 🙏
