Recently you have degraded some options which seems very bad impact, Bayut Apps. What you promised while signing contract with Client for a yearly Contract quoting more dreams, Sir.. you can do lot of things and ads using your smartphone devices through our bayut apps etc.Once we signed contract then paid, changing or degrading those options without Client's concerns or even without information, which is not good and totally unacceptable. Hope you bring back all previous options, Add Prop..

Most listings on Bayut are fake or outdated. Prices are often dishonest what’s shown is never what agents actually offer. Many agents are rude, unprofessional, and push for off-the-record commissions or extra hidden fees. It feels more like a scam than a serious property platform. Bayut needs to verify listings and hold agents accountable. Until then, be very cautious using this site.
Good app for searching for rental accomodation. Gives you extra information of amenities, schools and the community where the property is. However, some of the rented properties are not quickly shown if they have been rented out. Also there is need to show that above the rent you will pay extra things like Ijari, DEWA, commission etc.
It used to work reasonably fine, but now the app seems mostly unusable. When scrolling down it keeps stoping, like it"s taking time to load, but even in the middle of the list, after some seconds you can continue. When you enter an ad, and then you go back, instead of continuing in the list of apartments as expected, you are taken to the home and start over. There are also obvious filters missing, like filtering by vacant or tenanted properties.
Photos and description are not always the same as shown. Photos of one flat may contain photos of other similar flat. For example, kitchen photo shown in one property may not belong to the same, buy from a similar, good looking, other flat. So instead of believing the photos, visit personally. Never believe the map! They just add a random location!
