There is nothing more frustrating than an app supposedly servicing something critical, like Healthcare insurance, failing miserably at the first steps: register by scanning the barcode -> all info confirmed properly identified -> choose “continue” -> the dreaded “something went wrong…come back later.”… and later… and later….
