The homescreen that shows my deductible, coinsurance maximum, and out-of-pocket maximum is often wrong when I open the app. Sometimes it’s accurate, but I can’t figure out why I can re-open the app 10 mins later and the numbers have changed but my claims remained unchanged.

I really do not have anything negative to say about BCBS. The customer service, which I have only had to contact a few times, have always been so helpful and kind. I just talked to Phyllis and she was extremely helpful and down to earth. We need more like her in customer service.

It seems the basic questions are often unanswerable in this app. when using the chat, it almost always refers you back to a page in the app or calling your company’s representative. if I had found the answers in the app, I would not have to contact customer service.
