Can't believe how many times I have tried and get the same response every time! Says I have an account but username or password is wrong. Changed BOTH and still can't access the account.

So I get up for my therapy appointment to find out 15 mins before that well connection switched to this. No explanation. No smooth transfer. Yall didn't transfer my user information. I missed a needed appointment and the stress over all that and the cancel fees lead to an anxiety attack. How can you guys do this? And now I've been trying to sign in. Trying to sign up? Trying to figure out all these websites and app only to realize this is a worst UI and user experience than well connection. 🤬
This app is totally worthless. The search features are extremely inaccurate. I searched for Peace Health within 25 miles from my home (Oregon) & the results I got were in South Carolina. The medication lookup tool doesn't work properly either. It's like it doesn't pay attention to the information that you enter. The app in general is very dysfunctional & seems like it's disconnected. I'm exremely disappointed because this would've been a great tool & resource to have on my phone.
Garbage. Chat does not work, incredibly difficult to find what meds are covered, and search never works correctly. Oh did I mention that when changing your password it takes 20 minutes to receive the verification numbers via text, which is past their 10 minute time limit. It's an endless loop. As of 12/31/24 can't chat on the app, no text entry box on Pixel 8.
Thanks for fixing the login issue. I can now login. My RXs are missing. Last week I got my 3 RXs filled, so they should be there. I guess I haven't used my Doctors yet so that is why they are not listed. I did find them in the Dr list, but adding them to my account isn't an option. I guess they will be added when I visit them next year they will show in my profile. I'll rerate this app when it is clear it does what it says.
Will not allow log in. Does not recognize that information has been entered into some fields to log in. Trying to reset my password, says I have my birthday wrong. I assure you, I know my birthday. I've logged in numerous times before and now I can't. Thought there might be an app update I needed, but it's up to date.
Since the update, if I try to find in-network care, when I click on location, the keyboard never actually pops up for me to fill the information in. I can only assume it's some kind of glitch. As I've tried different times of day and after restarting my phone. You'd think a multi- BILLION dollar industry could hire proper programme's.
Fine when/if it works. I can see easily where I want to navigate to or what I'd like to use... It just never stops "loading" the entire page will be there with a never ending loading wheel in front of it preventing use. Have to force close and start again, but always at some point somewhere it just gets stuck stating it's loading. New to this company but not impressed so far, app is buggy, and I never receive responses to email questions about my coverage either. 😑
Searching for a specialist, the filtering is extremely slow and tries to load results everytime you check a criterion and will clear out your selected filters if you tap into a doctor's page and return to the list. It also doesn't allow me to copy/paste any text, so I can't compile a list of doctors in a note app, and I can't even take a screenshot for future reference. And emailing the results appears to disregard the filters entirely. Just another barricade to healthcare.
App keeps crashing. I have updated it, and it still crashes. I need to check to see if a provider is in the network and the search feature will not work. Plus, you type one letter and a suggestion pops up, and the keyboard disappeared. Every letter it happens again. NOT USER FRIENDLY. PLEASE FIX APP!
