I don't recommend this app, so once you have created the account you are not allowed to do nothing, and when I log out It didn't let me log in again, and I was trying to delete the account and its coming up a red message saying you are not authorized to do this action. Also sent an email and still hasn't been responded, be awere this app is not secure.
Up date 28 April 22 The latest incarnation beggers belief! How any one could release a ' new' platform with so many bugs and ask for money to see messages for more than 6hrs 🙄 It's rubbish!!! And.... no mobile site on the web!!!! Useless app, tells me , time setting is wrong NO! so won't let me login. It was rubbish on my iPhone but this android app is far worse! !
Honestly fed up of this app logging me out every time an updates arrives. I live in a small town/rural area and this is one of the least populated apps available. Nearest person to me being 36 km away. Plus this app just isn't as easy or intuitive to use as let's say, Grindr or Growlr. Pretty poor.
As it stands, this app is really bad: it has bugs and design issues. It was probably released without much testing, certainly without any beta-testing by us users. The user got no warning that this new app was coming, it just suddenly appeared. My suggestion is to allow the user to go back to the old version, at least until all the issues and bugs of the new app are worked out.
This is the most poorly rolled out app update EVER! Not user friendly at all. I have a 6month subscription purchased before the app change-over that does not allow me to access what I've paid for. After 17yrs with this site I will not be renewing and most likely deleting my profile completely.
It's no surprise 4 anyone at all, how oftenly we do have deal with the uncountable issues, particularly from each dating app. It's been a kind o broken lego. Notwithstanding, in regard to this particular one. All sort of information about setting up my profile page info was not properly. I have tried 4 times. And nothing. You truly gave a terrific idea. The update really is awful. Not user friendly, too cluttered, and no longer a fun experience. I can access the site on my PC, but on my mobile it says incorrect username or password. So disappointed with this change. UPDATE: I gave BEARWWW a chance, tried to adjust to the changes, and realized that the new update is HORRIBLE, IT iS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME TO DOWNLOAD IT.
I created an account but every time I try to access, the password gives an error, I have reseted the password a fee times and always gives an error, always the same problem, the app doesn't work!
The app and website are useless. I tried to register a new account but never received the security code. And yes, I checked in my spam & blocked folder. Without the code I cannot register. Also, I keep trying to change the registration page to Canada but it keeps defaulting back to France. Frustrating, not user-friendly, and pointless as I cannot use it.
Archaic. Frustrating. Very hard to update app from phone. Have to use PC. I keep password saved but it forgot it I guess so i have to reset it cuz i have now forgot it too. It asks for my birthday so I can reset it. It makes u scroll back one month at a time. Then password it says is mine is wrong. Ridiculous. If u mention the name of a competing app in a personal text message it replaces it with a pig face interrupting the convo.
