I’ve been using BedBooking Booking Calendar for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage your vacation rental properties. You can sync your listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, so you don’t have to deal with double bookings.

There’s a mobile app too, so you can check availability, create new bookings, and block out dates right from your phone. And it’s got some pretty neat features, like the direct booking widget that lets guests book straight through your website. Took me a little while to figure out all the settings, but once I had it set up, it’s been working great.

Look, if you’ve got a vacation rental business, this is definitely worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the calendar can be a bit buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job and saves me a ton of time. Definitely recommend giving it a try.
