Been using BedTyme for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you sleep better. Sounds kinda boring, but it’s actually pretty solid if you’re dealing with insomnia.
Here’s what you do: there’s a sleep coach you can chat with who gives you tips and holds you accountable. It’s got a community of other insomnia sufferers too, which is cool. And there’s a bunch of relaxation exercises and sleep tracking – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re struggling to get good sleep, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – sometimes the coach takes a while to respond – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
