White noise, pink noise, melatonin, magnesium, lavender, sleep hygiene, no blue light, cbti, asmr, meditation apps, relaxation apps; I tried them all, but *this* is the only app and method that helped me on my way to escaping insomnia.
The daily drip of information within the app was refreshing and informative. Coach Chris was great to work with and provided great, prompt advice through the app's messaging.

I've been struggling with insomnia the entire year and have definitely seen improvements with Bedtyme. The coaches are so supportive and so compassionate, and it's so comforting to feel understood. They addressed all my fears very thoroughly. The knowledge and insights I've gained from BedTyme will stay with me forever and are applicable in all areas of life. I'm not completely over insomnia yet, but each night is now less daunting and more enjoyable. I'm beginning to live again!
The is the cure. I always thought I was a terrible sleeper and this app has finally made me realise that I never was! Its all about your state of mind. Extremely useful insight can be found in the daily journal and Daniel is beyond helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
One of the best cbt-i apps out there. Definitely reccomend. Edit: changed to 4 stars because it has become a little bit too expensive? way less affordable than it used to be.
Daniel is phenomenal at what he does as I'm sure are the other sleep coaches. He is always very quick to respond and with such detail that it can help you see through whatever trouble you are having. The education can really help with getting to a better place.
I'm so glad I reached out for help by using this app. I was stuck on a insomnia speedbump/relapse and coach Daniel with his knowledge provided me with the right guidance I needed to regain clarity and soon after I was able to give up the fight with insomnia. For the last month I've been able to sleep well just about every night and I feel more prepared to face any future sleep disruptions.
This is the best app for helping with chronic insomnia period. Daniel Erichsen and his team are amazing and bring a modern and more effective strategy to getting through insomnia. While other programs and apps emphasized strict CBTI (a program which only exacerbated my issue, sadly not an uncommon experience) this program utilized CBTIs useful aspects and combined them with other coaching strategies that really work when all else doesn't. Please do yourself the favor and go through this program
This app is hugely helpful with insomnia. I've been telling my friends and family about it. It helped me reframe the way I approach sleep and has been really life changing. Daniel gives one-on-one ideas, support and instruction to help participants move forward in the program and be successful. Highly recommend!!!
If you have insomnia, you MUST try this app. It will completely change the way think about sleep and if you give it enough time and commitment, it WILL get you sleep back on track. Sleep coach Daniel is amazing and will always answer you promptly and will be there to support you all the way. Really glad I found it. Now, sleeping much better, which is unbelievable. This is a serious evidence based sleep coaching program, worth every penny.
This is a fantastic app if you have trouble with sleeping. After watching Daniel's videos for about 2 months I thought I needed a bit of extra help and this was just what I needed. The advice provided on the app such as the importance of acceptance and not struggling against insomnia is fantastic and, most importantly, Daniel is always on hand to answer your questions. I never had to wait more than an hour to get a response during the working day! Cant recommend the app and the channel enough
Really helpful app for sleep. I saw improvements after the first week, honestly, but I am still going to be working with the techniques I learned forever. There are a few inaccuracies in the explanations BUT I don't think those inaccuracies matter and the simpler explanations work for the system so it doesn't actually bother me. The system was overall super simple, logical, and easy to understand if not always easy to implement because you are rewiring thought patterns, which takes time.
So glad I downloaded this app. Used it for 2 months. I had insomnia and sleep anxiety. Daniel is great and is very helpful. Answered all my questions. Learned a lot of new things about sleep and insomnia. I even bought Daniel's book "Set it and Forget it" I highly recommend downloading this app if you're having sleep troubles.
Being postpartum, I was just putting so much pressure on myself to sleep and this is how I developed insomnia. It took about a month or two for me to really embrace the teachings from this app and I made the most progress once I connected with coach Chris. I am sleeping well & much less worried about having a night of poor sleep now. My only criticism was that the AI chatbot was not a great fit for me. The responses were particular and often made me feel like I was doing things "wrong."
This was an absolute god send to help me recover from my insomnia. I got back to my life after a really intense couple of months of 48 to 72 hour sleepless periods at a time while working a rotating shift. Working with this app, along with the content on 'the sleep coach school' youtube channel, really worked at putting an end to my insomnia. The app is not supper demanding like traditional CBT. It's easily accessible and most importantly, it really works.
BedTyme has been the most useful tool for me in getting my sleep back in order. I've tried pills, therapy, everything under the sun and was still unable to sleep until I discovered this app. Coach Daniel is very responsive which is so helpful.You have to put in the work but it is so worth it! My sleep is way better than before, and even on nights where I had a stressful day and may sleep less, I don't feel worried or anxious at all about the lost sleep! My outlook on sleep is positive now. :)
After many failed attempts of curing my insomnia using other books and apps, I tried this app in addition to the authors book Set It and Forget it. The authors philosophy about insomnia and suggested treatments were the opposite of what other books said. It contradicted everything I read online, yet it all made perfect sense. This approach is different and it works. Its only been 10 days but I'm now getting the best sleep I've had in months.
