Sorry, love the store but your app stinks. Constant issues, won't even open at the store to pay for food or gas.

The app worked well at first, now does not want to open. Error says there is a bug in the app. Fix it developers, please.

Please fix the force close bug! I can't get into my app anymore. It pops up the app has a bug.

I used to go to this store every week day to get my breakfast but they took the one item I get off the menu for the store I go to and now I haven't been there since. Very sad. I would get the Breakfast Burrito in a bowl.

Either has a bug, doesn't work, crashes, etc. I can't easily get my rewards. I will probably just go back to Cumberland Farms!

App will not open after initial install. Tried clearing cache and I just constantly get "something went wrong" App was fine the first and only time I could open it

This place is consistently great. Every single time I order. Great food, great friendly service, SUPER clean kitchen and store. I almost feel like I'm a fancy supermarket like whole foods when I come inside. I keep coming back. The food & coffee are just THAT great. .

Went to install the app after work, since I was told I would get .50 cents/gallon off my first purchase. It tripped the fraud alert since they tried to debit $0.00 when I went to put a card in my wallet I cleared the fraud, but now it says I exceeded my daily limit. Today is Saturday, hopefully it resets overnight otherwise I'm out of gas until Monday when the bank open. Thanks for the terrible App.

this app is ridiculous. tried three times today to change passwords, still cannot get it to work. even had the cashier assist with no luck. I can get rewards at a different store and only put in my phone number. millers has list a loyal customer.

perks suck. free sandwich sounds cool, if you actually had sandwiches! sign in every time I want to use the app? horrendous, should have just kept the old one. done wasting my money..Cumberland is way better

this app is terrible. Just reset the whole password and it still won't let me sign in the app. it briefly signed me in initially. not sure the benefits of this program aside from 1 free beverage a month but smart rewards for Cumberland Farms has a far better and comprehensive program and this app needs a lot of work

It worked for the first couple of months, but now everytime I try to Pay At Pump for gas or Pay In Store, it says "Refresh Token Expired Session". I've tried Refreshing and Uninstalling then Reinstalling, but nothing. I now have to go instore and swipe my card plus enter my phone number each time to pay for gas et al to get Rewards. What's the point of having the convenience of the app if you can't use the convenience?

App sometimes crashes when accessing it after it's opened. Sometimes has issues with my phone number when ordering even though it's saved in the app and the same each time. In-app pickup estimates are often too soon, you shouldn't be able to order something at 12:12 and have the app say it'll be ready for pickup at 12:15.

Ever since the Alltown Rewards switched to this app I have had nothing but issues. Pay at the pump never works, the barcode in the app never works, my number doesn't work when I enter it in the store, I'm not even sure if my number works when I put it in at the pump because I get absolutely zero feedback from the app. I wish they would switch back to the original app this thing sucks.

This has been down for days. can't get the rewards or reward prices. The store should compensate with adjustments frustrating now. Love the people, though, normally a Great Exp, especially all the cops in a.m. 😃

I use this app to find gas station in this network and to track my rewards. is the app about food and drink, yes and no. it's about convenience, gas great Coffee, fresh food, drink, and Loyalty Rewards.

alltown switched to this and the app is beyond broken. I can't even get past the log in because it wants to verify my phone number and no matter how many times I put my number in or hit resend code, no text comes and now I think I've tried it so many times it won't even accept a number now.

The app has been problematic as of late. When trying to use a QRC code to pay in the store it fails every time. This has happened the last three times in stores and I've had to punch through my phone number. The app ends up showing a zero total in the receipts and I don't see any tracking of my purchases. I have no idea if any of my last several purchases have shown up under rewards. This is a big flaw in my opinion and needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

I finally caved and downloaded this app to get gas rewards. It crashed each time I opted to not receive notifications, which was the first thing it asked me after location sharing. I must have tried 12x, but I couldn't even create an account without agreeing to notifications. I'm not interested in saving 5¢ at the cost of my sanity. bees knees? try inner elbow of a wasp.
