Very few people on it, you don't get to choose a smaller location, and the app is designed to mimic tinder. Doesn't seem like a good app for finding friends.
Made me very uncomfortable tbh. Came to look for friends but it's mostly just dudes looking to get their willies wet. On top of it all most of them will insult you if you don't respond back within a few min. And then when you try to report, they only bring up a few messages so you can't even report the right one... Bumble BFF is way better and everyone there is super sweet. Just wish they had more people on there haha
I'll give more than a single star when I don't get pop up ads every time I close a chat box. Also, I know it's an app designed for making friends, not dates, but being minor inclusive is just unsafe and weird. . . because people treat it like a dating app and kids misbehave all the time anyways.
From the outset it's a filthy yank app (month day year? only a nation that simplified the English language because it was too hard to learn in its traditional format, write dates like a special needs student), then the fake profiles all with low resolution photos. Cmon scammers it's 2025, there's no excuse to be this bad.
the textpost section is full of sexual/nudity offers and sales, has minors asking for adults, and is just full of female bots or nude sellers getting upvoted for hunting at buying things. "friend" making app. people are on here for relationships or dating, and if the ones seeking a relationship it's all single moms who want a home owner that lives alone (definitely looking for a free pass at life) with the current state of this app, you should not pay for this, needs more moderation!
when getting those diamonds to all more swipes. had no issues before. now endless adds and swiping off the adds and closing the app and reopening it and still can't get any. the app restricts how many you see when it says (refresh) it's actually restricted you. and clicking local within 100 miles and getting people from Ukraine and Italy. has good potential however not so right now. advert driven
App is basically unusable. It's baffling to me how slow everything is. Chatting is impossible because it takes ages for the words to show up. Nothing happens for almost a minute after pressing send. Swiping is laggier than my laptop from 1999. This is a disgrace, and I paid for this trash. Fix your app.
it's good I have no problems with it except the only part I don't like is that a lot of the people are either from a completely different country or are too far away, I can't find anyone that's actually in the same area as me so maybe add a feature where it allows the app to scan the place you're In and it shows profiles of people in your area
giving this 2 stars bc I honestly do think this is the best social app I've used recently however not being able to swipe right on people without paying is just not it and just makes it almost useless on a base level. I get you want to get paid but at least give a limited amount of free swipes per day etc before needing to upgrade for more otherwise I and everyone else is going somewhere else. other than that a few small glitches here and there but nothing game breaking.
This app is SO LAGGY it's borderline unusable! and I think I know why...STOP PUTTING SO MANY ADVERTS! I understand you need to earn a revenue but you are taking the Mickey at this point! random pop up video ads that load for 30-60 seconds, then press X then another page, and another, AND ANOTHER. banner ads at the bottom of every chat, it's absolutely riddled with adverts. and it's breaking the app!
