App runs so slowly that it sometimes will time out. Adding receipts and documents takes a very long time. Not only that, but as part of the functionality of the app, it would be incredibly helpful to zoom in on an image when trying to attach receipts so that I could verify it was the proper one without just guessing. As for the service provided, it is such a hassle to submit claims and show receipts that it makes it not even worth it.

It would be a great app if it didn't reset my password and biometric login every ****** week. I use an app so I don't have to remember it, it's secure, and unique. If I could auto fill the password with my password manager like EVERY OTHER APP. You're not protecting me, or anyone else with that stupid feature, you're encouraging everyone to use stupid easy to guess passwords.

The password rules (which require exactly one upper case, one number, and one symbol) are so restrictive as to make them less secure. The site requires a long list of questions as back up security, again less secure. Copy/paste for password is disabled making it difficult to use a password manager. Awful. Maybe ok if you prefer insecure passwords.

Misleading User Experience!!!!!! Almost gave me a heart attack when I saw over $100 charge in the list of my expenses, for a date I did not go anywhere! After checking it on the Wex website I found out it was a reimbursement from the hospital to my card, because they overcharged me earlier. Wex site at least has positive/negative signs for marking transactions. On the app it all looks the same, and on the reimbursement transaction there is no information at all when I click on it.

This app is AWFUL. I guarantee you I have been putting in the correct credentials when I use the app, but it always tells me that the information is incorrect. Even after just resetting it. And the reset link never works, so I have to email customer service every time, which is aggravating to begin with. This has been happening since I set up the account 7 or 8 months ago, starting with the initial registration.

In the name of security this app has stupid requirements for password (different from the standard ones). It does not even save username. The banking apps even are more convenient and I don't hide a treasure over here.. Really inconvenient to use when you forget this "different" password to access this app once in 15 days or more. I just removed it and would rather rely on their portal.

Poor app. Can't login and have it remember my log in. Every time I log in requires security questions. Customer service was poor and I couldn't use automated systems to even establish my account. Add that with everything else this app can't do (basic things) I'm sorry my employer uses this service for their HSA debit card. Will advocate a change of service within my organization.

Had to log back in several times. Had been using my tablet until the battery got low and at first I was excited about using my phone some things were different, looked better, maybe easier but it didn't turn out that way. I never submit a claim on my phone. I am 62, my hands shake at times but I don't think it was my fault every time. I uploaded the photos and then they were lost. Not sure how.

This app SUCKS!!! The fingerprint login doesn't work, it randomly crashes, if you leave the app to look at something else for a second and go back in, it makes you login all over again and you have to redo everything, and it makes it impossible to enter information for a reimbursement! I used Optum before my work had us switch to Wex earlier this year and Optum had no issues. And Wex seems like a well laid out app too if only it actually worked!!

Awful user experience. Forced to change password more often than any bank AND my healthcare-based employer... combined. Normally you would think tighter security is a good thing but it always comes at the price of convenience. Think of passwords. If the IT department makes the requirement to difficult, passwords get written down instead of memorized. Why this stupid app needs security three times tighter than a bank is beyond me and means I cannot use the app more than half the time as I am trying to change the password the other half.
