NEED REFUND - I made a purchase of rs. 598 it was deducted from my bank account but i didn't received the coins, because of this i again had to purchase coins of same amount and this transaction was successful. I need refund of my 1st debited amount of rs. 598, both the transactions were done on 2nd october around 8 to 10 minutes apart from each other.

The app can be good at times but, the amount of times I get matched to the Philippines and it's says they are a female but, it's actually a gay guy or transgender. There should be a different gender selection such as other, or somewhat they need to add this. So people can be match properly based on their interest and preferences

To those who complain about the app's network problem dialogue, here are the tips. First, go to your playstore and download any vpn(make sure the vpn works finely). And then connect your vpn. Lastly, restart your jaumo app and there you go. The network problem dialogue persists even though you have the fastest internet connection in the world if your country blocks certain app like this.

Before it was too expensive with 9 coins now they make it more expensive 13 coins, I was buying subscription every month but now I can't buy because it's very expressive.i will cancel my subscription and won't buy anymore coz they are increasing coins to loot more ,,I have a premium membership ,I buy all subscription but they increase 13 coins now,,I deeply regret to buy again,you shouldn't lose who are being loyal to the app and buying the subscription.you can check my account I buy a lot.

After 2 times successful payment nad I don't get the coins, I call to customer service, but they are just transferring my call. No one want to understand the issue and do the needful. Hell like customer service support. Don't use this app and made payment otherwise you will be in trap. This is not the first case with me.. Early also same issue with them.i dont where to go and resolved my this issue.

very nice app 👌 I give 5 stars ,but it should have the profile view option, and during matching swip, private msg should b visible. one thing is to make sure that nearby friends should be visible in the app .

Will not recommend this app. Full of bot and costly prime match profiles. You will hardly find band realistic female profiles. Moreover there are children who make fun of you as this app is 18+ and I am not sure how they are using it . Complete non sence. Very costly 9 coins per profile with 1 call per hours. Thus app is should not be installed.

In this application i found many faults, if i am sending 50 coins to someone they are receiving only 10 coins, 40 coins is missing, who takes this 40 coins, then if i am calling someone mostly it will disconnect because of connection lost, then we need to spend coins for call, that also will disconnect, then message notifications not receive on time, some time after 10 minutes we are getting notifications, one main fault is Translation error, most of the time translation is getting error,

I've had the same account (linked to my FB) since I downloaded this but yesterday when I opened the app it showed I was logged out. Whenever I click "continue with Facebook" it shows an error... Update: You guys completely took off the Facebook login so I lost my account. I was over lvl 200 because I reported a lot of people. I love the new updates but itd be better if I didn't have to lose my account

This app is getting expensive day by day.And there are several of fake profiles which come only to swipe and waste your call. Now all the profiles are converted into prime match , who want money to talk. Secondly there are several new profiles which are used by children , which is complete non sense. Also there is 1 call per hour.

Trash. Can't even login to my account. But when I was on, people swipe after 3 seconds specifically, you can't tell if someone blocked you or not, huge waste of money if purchasing coins. Bermuda needs to make a feature where if you constantly swipe or continue to hide your face, your account will face minor violations. It is not fair I come there to meet people only to have my time purposely wasted. There's so many people I could've met and spoken to. Fix this now!

All the recent updates since last few years been very bad because many nice features to connect with people have gone as well as sharing photo (like status update) is vanished and 'coins' have been added for AI photo room which is irritating! No way to get free coins through ads 🤨 Lastly I cannot see my account getting deleted even if I try.

very good Bermuda app for strangers becomes friends

Sometimes, this app is error and it always says "loading failed, please check your network". My connection is always stable and very good, either using WiFi and my own connection. But when I wanna use this app, it is always error and it makes me log in with email again and again. I try to use other connections, and it still says "loading failed, please check your network". Can you fix this app in the connetion to the use of internet?

Love this app!!! I just wish it had a bit more variety on spanish countries. At least it had my country 😄 love using this app. I get to talk to many people arround the world and get to play ice breaker games with them to see how much we have in common to continue talking. We can call in private messages and it's so much fun!!!

Best app yet, you can block people which is great so you don't have to see people you don't want again. the report doesn't work well from what I can see, the only big problem is the algorithm that matches users it's almost always pairs with a guy unless you pay, that's not good. other than that I really like and enjoy 😊.

This is a nice app and friendly, the auto translate feature works quite well and the text is visible. If you are not using a mic it is handy so people can see what you are saying. Still getting off of the ground but it has a ton of potential. I would recommend it for teens and adults who are looking for a social app.

I will give a 5 stars if you can improve the apps about, users can choose the nearby person (in town, by distance parameter) and see their profile, so not only search by country. And also you need improve the price of coin, give us cheaper price. Hopefully you can improve it. Thanks

Overall the app is good. I just hate the fact that when you are out of coins and go for cheaper option and take (both) genders all you see is members of same gender. For instance guys always are finding guys. I just wish they could stop and improve their filter content for option. Otherwise you are just ripping people off. Hope to see a reply soon from developers team.
