Everytime I make a payment, the payment goes through but when I sign on to restore purchase its say sorry something went wrong. If something went wrong and I still can't use the app the I should get my money back right. But no and I still can't get in the app until a week later. I will just cancel my subscription. It's not worth that kind of hassle every month. You have my $9.99 but I don't have the shows and movies to watch

What if there's not even content to warrant $9.99 a month and that fee comes out immediately via your phone bill or card, before you start your preview. Suddenly, I can no longer watch the app on my TV's only on my phone. I contacted support but they are not helping resolve the issue. I paid for a whole year. I should not have to be inconvenienced and have to mirror my phone to the TV just to watch an app that is on the TV. I would like a partial refund since I can only use the app partially. Please, support team, don't respond with how disheartening it is, or apologize or any other pacifying line. Fix it!
This is more about the service. Unsubscribed as soon as I subscribed, non-refundable. I subscribed through Amazon initially but newer episodes were locked. Silly me, thinking getting a subscription to BET+ would allow me to continue watching the show. Unfortunately, that didn't happen so I WASTED money. If you intend to subscribe because you wanted to continue a show that had episodes locked, research to make sure you can actually watch it on here. No option to remove payment method either.
Technical issues are becoming problematic. I've had this app for one week. I have high speed internet in my home and every app including Netflix and Hulu are working just fine. Every time I go to the BET + app, it's saying no internet connection. I enjoyed the program content. I was hoping to see the BET hip-hop awards from year 2012 up. They only have a few select years for viewing. Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription. I'm one week in But unable to stream shows. I just wasted $9.99
It was a horrible experience. I could only watch shows on my phone. Can't watch it on my smart tv! Since it was "BET" I figured it wouldve been more black shows and movies. Not a lot of nostalgic. And the free trial is only a week! And then they charge you any other app gives you 30 days!! Aannddd the connection was horrible it never left you at the spot you were watching the show from itll start the show or movie all over again!
It's okay. They have to add a lot more original content or add more movies that has not been played out on their network already. And needs to add more than what they're adding if they want to compete with Netflix. My rating is really a 2.5 and the show "First Wives" and "Bigger" is the only reason y'all got that rating. Don't want to pay for a streaming app with everything I've already seen.
I was offered a 7 day free trial thru Prime Video and I wanted to cancel before the 7 days ended but it doesn't have anything on the Prime Video App indicating how to cancel and now I'm being charged for something I don't want. I will say that The First Wives Club series is very good and I really liked it, but not enough to keep this app and pay for movies that BET plays over and over everyday. I love Tyler Perry, but I can't watch another one of his movies. Please show me how to cancel!!!
Always stops my movies/shows and says "sorry this video isn't available right now" . Then I have to close out of the app completely & get back on. It'll work for some time then stop again. Glad I'm only testing out the free trial. I've already cancelled it & will definitely not be spending my money on something that should be free anyways! I also don't like the fact that you can't start a favorites list or anything like that. Not worth $10+ I can tell you that right now.
I downloaded the app to check it out so I signed up for the 7 day free trial. Turns out I won't be able to utilize it because the app keeps saying something went wrong everytime I try to log in. I already canceled the subscription to make sure I don't get charged. I understand issues happen but really? The app had no issues setting me up and giving me an account but I'm having issues actually accessing the content? Smh.
This has to be the worst streaming app around! I decided to give it a try after months of wondering if it had some of the old content that BET use to offer. I was unable to get on the app using wifi. I kept getting an error saying I had no internet connection. When I tried watching it through the TV, it still didn't work. I finally got it to work by turning off wifi on my phone. The content was very limited. Ultimately, I decided to cancel! The app is full of glitches and the content sucks!
I watched the first season of one series and was eager to watch more until about a week ago when the app would not complete a full episode of another series. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, hoping if that would be a quick fix. As of today, the app keeps buffering any show I try to watch. I've contacted support, but so far, there's no resolution. Needless to say I'm very disappointed, and if no remedy will be canceling the subscription and deleting the app/account. UPDATE 5/3/23 CANCELED.
Not really pleased I had been eager to add this app. I downloaded it to my phone and tablet only to be displeased. On both devices, buffers a lot and I do mean a lot; and not only that it will often stop in the middle of a show and say app is not available or no internet connection 😡. That was on the free trial, in which I was not anticipating such. I was willing to pay the price for it because there are so many shows that I do want to see and was looking forward to downloading this app.
I really love the BET+ app because of the series and movies that are shown, but recently, the price was increased, but the service and performance of the app is HORRIBLE!!!! Whenever I'm watching something on the app it's constantly buffering or in the middle of a movie or series everything freezes up and soon it pops up and says (bet+ is not available at this time) or that show (cannot be played at this time). If somethings not done at least by the end of Sept. my next move will be to cancel.
I have not been able to play BET Plus on google chrome for a long time now. I can on firefox but it is slow and it stops like it's trying to catch up. I've cleaned out cookies, caches, and history and it still doesn't work right. On the app or the browser. I've contacted the help desk for 2 months now, no response from them. And it appears you can only add the app to your phone and not your laptop or desktop.
This app is garbage. I expected more but should of known better. It never worked. And now I'm fighting for my money back. I should of read the reviews and stayed away. Once it asks to set up the subscription, you put in all you information, once you click next it brings you right back to the start your trial page and never moves forward from there. If you sign in, same ordeal, back to the subscription page. So it lets you do it once, put in your card info and never work. Rip off.
Definitely needs 0 stars. Too too too many ads. It should recognize when it just played them, but it goes right back to it when you skip. Also, tons of crashes; tv, tablet, phone, etc.; takes away the enjoyment of whatever it is you're trying to watch. Not worth the trouble when you have so many other apps with zero issues. customer service was useless🙄
Apparently the one week free trial means that you only get to watch twenty minutes of content. I got hit mid episode with a message saying "Sorry, this video is not available", not once but twice on two separate shows. I initially thought the app froze or there was something wrong with my internet connection, but after closing the app several times and ensuring my connection was sound, I realized this wasn't the case. Safe to say my interest in this service has been killed.
I've been a subscriber for a few years now, and all of a sudden whenever I sign in on my desktop, laptop, tablet and or TV I'm sent to the "select plan" page. And even though there's been consistent automatic payment the receipt say's I'm paying for a trial period even after several years. This is frustrating, other than that i've always enjoyed the service.
I love all of the titles and different genres of shows and movies, but you can't actually watch them. This app doesn't work on my Roku, on my tablet, laptop or phone (Samsung 10+). The app allows you to click on what you want to watch, but after about 5mins into it the picture freezes and then kicks you out. I am definitely not going to pay $10 a month for an app that I can't use. I have yet to receive a response from your support team concerning this situation, and now I can't unsubscribe.
