Easy to use ordering from a moderate variety of nearby restaurants. Food always arrives hot and in a very timely manner. (Often earlier than I expected.) I use Beyond Menu more frequently than any of the other restaurant delivery apps. Even my 93 year old mother who is an absolute luddite is able to use Beyond Menu despite her having senile dementia and no experience at all with cell phones. I highly recommend this app for all of the above reasons and a few more!

The menu looks nice and the restaurants look good, but it seems to be claiming places will deliver when they won't, which really undermines the whole thing. I gave my address, selected a restaurant, added food, went to check out, and _then_ they said they don't deliver to my address after all. So I left to look elsewhere. Twenty minutes later, I got a notification taunting me with “You left some food in the cart! Tap here to satisfy your hunger.” OK for menu, useless for delivery.

Just had a terrible experience with this service. When checking on order, needed to call restaurant 6 times before picked up. Was told food would not be delivered until 100 minutes after order. Called Beyond Menu to also check and was told I would get a call back that I never received. Phoned BM back and cancelled order. They called back a half hour later and offered excuses. Really poor customer service all around. Will not be using Beyond Menu in the future.

Pretty good service. Mainly Asian food, but that is no problem for us. Only issue I have had is when you go to order and the place isn't open yet(it doesn't tell you until after you have your order decided but if they fix that I will change it to a 5 star). But MUCH better delivery fees than all the other apps. It was $2 today, and no service charge!

I Googled a local restaurant for their menu. When I clicked their website, this was advertised as their app. When I made an order, my card was charged but at the restaurant, they had no history of my order and the charge on my card was returned. This "app" advertises as though it's associated with the restaurant but it has not been verified, not accepted and is deceptive. It should not present as though it is associated or allow people to make orders when it can't actually put orders in.

I love using this app, but apparently it cannot figure out what time it is. I tried placing a lunch order at my favorite Chinese place at 2:30 pm (discounted lunch served from 11-3), and I kept getting an error message saying the option was only available between 11 and 3. The last time I checked 2:30 falls between 11 and 3. Then I switched it to the dinner option which is considerably more only to be told that option wasn't available until 3pm. What kind of Dr. Who universe does this app run in!? I shouldn't have to pay more because the app can't tell time. Edit: I have contacted beyond menu directly and have received no answer or fix for the above mentioned time issue. I have dropped my rating to one star and will be deleting the app. It is not worth it. They obviously do not care about customer retention.

Good app to use to order delivery. My favorite Chinese place utilizes this service and it's been great. My only warning is be careful you are choosing the right restaurant in the right town. I once ordered from a restaurant with the same name in Cleveland, OH (I had traveled to Ohio but my phone still thought I was in the vicinity - the GPS hadn't switched back) so that was a nightmare getting calls from the wrong place. oops.

I actually like the way the app works, but I would like to be able to see which restaurants are supported in my area. As far as I can tell, only 4 restaurants in my area use the app, and I would like to see some search OPTIONS (like adjustable distance, zip code, genre). If the app really only has 4 restaurant subscribers in all of the Rochester NY area, then my rating is too high.

With a little hunting and pecking, you can get anything and do anything that the PC app does. Very nice if you order from the same place, let's you store and select previous addresses. But, I couldn't login to my account with my phone because of screwy way they do security. It must be keeping more customers away than the supposed nefarious ppl it's meant to keep out.

Works reliably, menu options are easy to use, and quantities, options, and special requests are available everywhere you'd need them. I entered my entire order without being logged in to my account (acct is not a requirement btw), but even after having to bounce out to reset my password in a browser, I was still able to successfully carry on and finish the order. Seems as if not all apps handle that as well.

I placed an order with Beyond Menu. When I went to pick up my meal the restaurant was not open. Besides not having lunch, I had already been charged for my food by Beyond Menu. I contacted them through the payment issues link. This morning my money was refunded, however right after, they charged me again and it says "merchant credit hold for review". Why refund my money if they are going to charge me again? I don't recommend. Just call in any carryout orders and avoid using this app.

Don't use this app. Call restaurant instead. Arrived at the restaurant, order wasn't received, so I reordered. Order from app received 40 mins. after my order was ready. Good thing I hadn't paid yet or else I would have had to ask for a refund. Restaurant didn't like working with this app. I overheard two calls from the app to correct orders while waiting for my food. Apps are supposed to streamline and automate services not take more time & cause more problems

Well... I've used this app for several years now and figured it's time to review it. I have yet to find a single thing wrong with it. In fact, it's actually my favorite app for ordering food. The user interface is well done and makes it extremely easy to order food. I have had instances where restaurants never delivered the food but Beyond Menu actually reached out to me first to tell me the restaurant hadn't "accepted " the order and BM handled it professionally... 4.6 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟.6️⃣

Every time I try to place an order, I can't add my credit card information, so cash is only option. I've tried to contact the developer but haven't gotten any reply. Fortunately, I can phone the restaurant directly and can use my card. I'm giving them one last chance and if the experience is unsatisfactory, I'm deleting their app. Addendum: months later, updated the app; still can't add CC info!

3rd try, failed each attempt. Great appearance, clear menu...then sends me in security purgatory, saying it's all correct, but not accepting my order. Called Bamboo directly; efficient, pleasant and they actually put in the order on first try! 🌻 Addendum, as another reviewer noted, 10 minutes after the app would not put through my order, it texted me that I still have a food order pending. 🤔

Zero customer support. My credit cards stopped working in-app. They worked elsewhere, but not here. I called multiple times to resolve the issue and they were no help. I tried re-entering my card and address info. On the last call, without offering any possible solutions the representative said "just sign up with a different email on a new account and see if that works." I deleted my account. The error was on THEIR end and they wanted me to create a second acount without even trying to fix it.

Easy to use, easy to order, lots of great restaurant choices, and the ability to pay with PayPal makes it super quick to check out. I also love the fact that you can put a comment on each item of the order. But more than anything, every time I place an order I get a call from Illinois asking me to verify that it was me that made the purchase. (we recently moved and some addresses didn't match) I LOVE this app, and the proactivity that they've taken to protect my identity. Thanks!

3 stars is average/expected service. I am rating this app at one star due to containing misleading information. At the start of placing an order the app lists a $15 minimum order and a $4 delivery fee. At checkout this delivery fee is raised to $6 regardless of whether my order is $18 or $33 and without explanation. If the app lies about delivery fees then what else is it lying about? I've used it off and on to order Chinese for years, but I'll be uninstalling it after catching this issue.

Menu between two restaurants was mixed up, so when I called the restaurant listed on my order (in the app), they didn't have it, but told me this other restaurant did. The restaurants connected and got me my order. They went above and beyond to connect when they didn't have to. I'll order directly and avoid the app if at all possible from now on.

Easy to spend money but restauraunts hide their options. I want soda but it doesn't tell me if they have Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, or what. I don't see "combo" when searching for Szechuan so I don't even know combo is an option (AND LESS EXPENSIVE). Plus they're often updating for seemingly no reason except to change the color scheme. If I have questions I'm just SOL. It's kludgy. And, note/special request fields are too limited at 100 characters. Is the iPad they receive it on too small?
