I'm a student as of now and I can't even log in to the app. I'm stuck on the first page putting in my phone number and every time I put it in and press either "send message" or "send email" it brings me back and says invalid phone number. I have no idea why after I double triple checked and it says the same thing every time. I need to sign in with my email but it obviously not letting me. I've logged in before without using this app and my phone number is already inputted in so idk anymore.

for someone who isn't planning to go to a normal college but instead to either a technical and career college or a trade school the lack of any options for those on the app is annoying also it quite annoying that for some reason I can't see any of the messages I get without uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Quite literally, the worst, most tedious, awful app I've ever had the displeasure of trying to navigate. Send a text to your phone, except they don't put you on the screen to put your code in. send an email, except it never does. Once you sign in, congratulations, you have to sign in again. This app deserves worse, and I wish I could give it worse for being such a vital part of the school system. Do better, for the love of God, just do better.

Feels unnecessary, everything you can do on here you should be able to do in a browser on your computer, but no, you can only check your SAT scores on our special mobile app. That being said, it does function fine and is fortunately pretty low in space which is nice but still kind of annoyed that it's a requirement I keep it around, especially as I use my computer much more for things like school.

Easy to find scores, but a little challenging to find everything that I'm looking for. There are also many colleges not on BigFuture, but while I'm not expecting them to have every college, I still find the list of colleges near me to be slightly lacking.

If I try to log it with my phone number it sends me to put in my recovery email. When I put in my email it tells me it's invalid. I've tried every single email I've ever had, even from middle school and nothing. I called customer service and was told to make a whole new account. It's ridiculous, and it should work right the first time. It sent me an email saying my scores are out, but when I go to the website my scores aren't available. Fix your goddamn app, please.

1. The way the 'College Search' search reloads after every further investigation of a specific institute is annoying. 2. Years ago now, I took the PSAT, and while my score is viewable on the website, it is still yet to arrive on the app. 3. I get so many samey messages from every college that no actually useful information is ever presented. This is admittedly the colleges' fault for being unnecessarily vague, but I have to see it on your app, so psychology is not on your side.
