Very nice app to take the app on the go with you. But, I think there's a glitch in the current version. Whenever I open the app, a little window pops up saying that there's an updated version of the app and asking me yes or no if I want to update. I click yes, and it takes me to the play store and tells me that I already have the latest version of the app from March. You guys may want to look into that and fix it, cuz if there's a newer update that's more recent, it's not coming through.

"Cannot connect to server" it has been stuck in a loop like this for a month now. It used to work... But now after clearing cache. Clearing data. And uninstalling the app multiple times it won't load anything on any page. It's completely unusable

I have been an active used of biggercity since it began as an mIRC chat room. it has been a great way to make friends and find dates. through this app I have found some life long friends who are now family to me. The app has made things even more accessible. we live in a time where we spend so much time on our phone that having an app like this, being a big chub, has given me a great resource. Thank you to the whole BiggerCity crew for the last 20years.

The new biggercity is the slowest of slowest of all the apps on my phone after the update. Looks slightly better but I'd rather have the old look if the new one takes minutes to open and navigate through the app! Absolutely disappointing. I'm thinking of leaving the app because of this.

there are no "save" options once I add more information about myself. this seems pretty basic, right? can you fix it? I can't even give you feedback inside the app because, you guessed it, there's no submit or send button. I'm using a Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Any reason why it shows me sometimes 300 ft away , and other times 30 miles away when im at home? This app is better than growlr in my opinion. Even though it has it issues. Pretty slow. I think growlr has a lot more spam accounts.Growlr is very plain.Tngt have had a lot of connectivity issues, not sure of its on my end or yours.

Latest update won't even let me open the app anymore. I've cleared cache and data uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and nothing. Combine this with how the app loses connection to your server constantly forcing me to restart the app to use it again makes for a very broken unusable app! Please don't reply with the same answer you've been telling others to do as it doesn't work. Actually do your jobs and fix your app!

I'll be real, the app is great. But after a while, I suddenly started to have bad issues with the notifications. Now I don't even receive them anymore. I don't know what's going on, but I hope this gets fixed. I can't help but feel bad every time I enter and the next thing I know I was messaged by some over a few hours ago and I never knew about it.

The basic setup is fine and the various tabs and pages seem to work okay. The app rarely gives me notifications when I get messages or flirts, making it difficult to hold a conversation. The online/offline notifications are so off that they aren't useful. The app tends to lose connection rather often.

How come as a premium member you can't view premium pics on profile using the app but on mobile website i can see more pics that was set for premium accounts. We are paying to see delivererd and read messages. I'm supposed to see when someone is typing a message as well but you made it possible for others to turn it off and i can't see when they type, or read my messages. Isn't this a flaw if I'm not benefitting from what i pay to see. What I'm i paying for actually?

After persistent requests for GIF and stickers during chats you finally added it. I feel i should take credit for it LOL but i don't know who else requested for so long. I've been using for a few months it certainly does need some work. It doesn't show up on time there by making you send multiple times. Hopefully that can be fixed. Now able to view how long a member has been registered using the app is good. Another request done. Keep it up. BC is still the best ChubChaserBear dating place.

It's sad that it takes both an email and phone number to verify yourself before you can get on your site. It also sucks that if you forget your log in information it's never sent to your email. You claim to be a professional group. Someone's lagging behind because obviously you're not that professional if you can't even send an email out after a few hours to 24 hours.

Downloaded the app to give it a try. Thought it was way better and user friendly than the site so I paid for a membership. Now the app consistently losses connection to the servers. So now I'm feeling some kind of way for paying for the membership for use of something that I can't seem to enjoy. Checked other reviews to see if other had similar issues but doesn't appear that way. I either need support or a refund.

technically this app is broken and i can't login I want who responsibility for this and this app is not useful for me

I've been wanting to get a membership but literally the only thing holding me back is the inconsistent notifications. I almost never get a notification sound and banner notification when someone messages me. Maybe one day out of a month it works as intended. I've never encountered this issue on growlr, scruff, or grommr, etc. Additionally sometimes when refreshing within the app there will be an icon next to the inbox indicating there's an unread message when in fact no one has messaged.

New update, New problems. when I open the app it pulls up and none of the people loads. Just a spinning icon

BiggerCity took my money but won’t honor the subscription. My original account was auto-deleted after 30 days, and my new account—on the same Apple ID—is locked out. No support, no fix, no reply. Apple confirmed the subscription is valid but can’t help. Spent more time chasing access than using the app. Don’t waste your time or money.

ok app. had it before, got rid of it and then got it again. for some reason when going into app I am brought to the guys in my area but now it's just blank and also can't see who has viewed me. it keeps loading and that's it. must be something wrong with the app.

Good overall and less greedy than others for sure. Although one star because blocks should never be a premium feature. They are a safety feature. Especially here where there are a lot of flashers who think You'll change your profile that says they shouldn't be messaging you once you see their decrepit and diseased member wo consent which is illegal. I hate the annoying update pop up meant to annoy you. I tried your garbage support, AKA some troll in their mom's basement. They actually trolled me

the app is good but one issue please fix. when i log into the web browser it seems to save my location for good. when i go back to the app it still shows me back at the web browser locations. the only way to update it and load my correct GPS location is by logging back into the web browser. not sure how to fix this thanks
