This app is a complete joke. I am a premium member and am supposed to have access ti IM and chat rooms that do not exist. Also, I have been in contact with someone and all if a sudden I am being told that I have blocked her when I didn't. She thinks I am no longer interested and moved on, because of this faulty app. Get it together folks. Otherwise I will not be renewing. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

Can't upload a pic. Couldn't get help thru their customer service. Stupid. Also couldn't change my location when I was away in another state. I would have been a great way to meet ppl while traveling, but no.

After letting 2nd month auto renew I canceled thru Google play and biker planet and yet I got charged again. Then the jackals (FRED) In customer service said it was my fault it auto renewed then after arguing my point it wasn't he hung up on me, now I'm going through an email in this app to try and resolve this issue.. stay far away from these scam artists because they'll still charge you...

I can't even open the app it won't send me an email to reset my password I've tried to log in with Facebook and all it tells me is you have logged in with Facebook but it doesn't open at all it's just the main screen pointless app...

I'm actually not even sure if this site is in business. I can't get the site or app to work. On one I get an error and the other just a spinning wheel that goes forever. I've tried to create an account several times but can't get anywhere.

It gives me an error message for any photo I try uploading, I entered my birthdate 3 times and it never updated, and now it won't allow me to deactivate the account. Seemed like a decent app. Guess not!

Does not pay attention the the parameters set as far as miles away. Getting individuals from 3 states away is a waste of time. The price for regular is way to high for the amount of traffic on this app. But for the first month made some connections.

I have installed and uninstalled this app numerous times, it won't allow me to enter my password. I've tried contacting customer support, but I keep getting error screen saying, "If we find this email address, we'll send a code to reset your password to your email address, but still nothing...

Don't even try the one penny for a month offer. I signed up and canceled immediately so I would not get charged if I didn't like it. They charged me anyway. I hope the second cancellation works, but yeah, they cheated me out of $28. They suck for doing that to me! Very disappointed! What a rip off! CHEATERS! THIEVES! LOSERS!

Did the $1 for first month. Have sent 25 messages, not a single response. There's no indication that the message is delivered, read, etc. Have only received messages from scammers. Blocking a scammer isn't respected, they still show up. Search Criteria is broken or not respected. Email preferences aren't respected. (The emails are endless, too.) Translations to English are shotty. I've sent multiple notes from within the app, so I won't waste my time also emailing. Do better programmers.

says I have messages but constantly sends me to another dating site to download and have to pay as well if u get free things you need to b able to @ least message people idk if I want to pay for anything not knowing if imma b scammed by someone let lone like the app

Do not install! This app is worthless! I created account was trying it out about to purchase a upgrade and it crashed. Now it doesn't recognize me my email or password. Won't let me log into my account or create new. Waste of time and by the feeling I'm getting from these bugs it's a scam app full if bots and will just try to get money from you if it were to ever work. Update: look at their response can't even string a sentence together or understand what I wrote, proof it's nothing but bots.

I rarely bother reviewing apps on here, but this on ik particular is so bad that you need to know It's a copy of the US version, run thru a very bad translator, the result not checked afterwards. That means bad translations take away context and meaning. All while they try to charge you 25-30 bucks a month. It's a shameless cash grab, a lazy and unfinished product Find something better, literally anything else

This app sends promotional emails that tell you you can have a month for $1.45 then charges $43.99 in the name of First Beat Media. Even when the subscription has been paid still can't use any of the features doesn't upgrade the membership. Be very careful using or joining this site and handing over any credit card details.

This app continues to suck. I have asked for my money back multiple times and I get a message through the app from help desk that never opens because of an error. They can't even get their own product to work correctly for them. Then they send me an email telling me that I can cancel my subscription but continue to use the features for the remainder of the time I paid for. Well this does my NO GOOD whatsoever since not all of the features are working. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

the app is confusing. Listed as Bike Planet but messages come from Date Bikers ( I think ). it's still confusing.

App wouldn't let me log in. Emailed for help. No response for a week. Un-installed. UPDATE: Customer service emailed me. Suddenly, my log in works. Not suspicious at all there... I paid for a month, one person replied to messg. only to give his ph #. He was charged for every message through app. Final Thought: This app is NOT user-friendly and is NOT worth the money they charge.

This is an update: Im a biker! I ride every day. The first thing to do on this app is to delete it! It has False leeds. Strategically at the top will be a fake lead to another app. You can meet more friends who want to ride on Facebook, and they won't nickel and dime you. This app will sucker you to buy into it and keep that carrot far from reach. I ride and have more dates off of Tinder, which is almost as bad. Good luck here.

In response to Biker Planets reply to my review, if you're "free tier" let's you do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but sign up, it's TOTALLY USELESS! Just another CASH GRAB app You will be able to do nothing without paying their high membership fees. And when you do you will find that most of the matches are bot generated... Any app that doesn't at least have Limited COMMUNICATION between members before you have to pay should ALWAYS be avoided! This app is no different... would give ZERO stars if I could

It has a nice layout as far as an app goes, but you have to pay to do basically anything regarding contacting other members. Pretty scammy looking. I'm trying to deactivate my account but it won't let me. This app would be better if it wasn't forcing you to do micro transactions for anything. They also send you emails that pretend that they're serving you a great deal/your profile is special and that's very easy to scam less tech savvy people. You'd have better luck at your local biker events.
