The initial verification process actually went pretty smooth, no issues. However, after multiple, multiple attempts to deposit money, I get a deposit failed message every time. There was plenty of money in the account so that wasn't the issue. Tried debit card too, also wouldn't work. From the sounds of the other reviews, it's probably a good thing my deposits didn't go through. Just going to delete my account info and uninstall the app.

Like the service (nice selection of coins), but the app needs work. Pay methods disappear and reappear. I get errors like "illegal reference" when trying to buy. Clicking on a coin and then choosing Buy doesn't let you choose a pay method but clicking on the Buy/sell icon on the dashboard does. Just not a smooth process at all. In the end, however, I was able to buy what I wanted and will hopefully be able to again.

App is simple to use,seems to be up to date with prices as they change (within a few minutes at most). Verification process takes forever, and if you submit a ticket with an attachment, the attachment isn't even looked at by customer service. I have been pending verification for a week as of this rating. Edit: reduced to 1 stars, taking over 2 weeks for FIAT verification.

Like others have said, the new version UI is dumbed down and waaaaay less useful than the old. Less information, more difficult to use, obscures info relevant to making a trade on the trade page, less decimal points (really makes a difference with the "smaller" coins". I'm looking for an older version to install (at least until they inevitably stop supporting it). And I'll start looking for another exchange too I guess, too bad.

Unbelievably slow to withdraw funds, even with banking approved and transactions confirmed. Sits in "Pending." Really? My purchases didn't have this issue. 🤔 I'm out, once they finally give me my money. I don't need a ticket opened for stall tactics. I need an app that works as fast taking money OUT as it does putting money IN. This isn't it. I'm missing some outstanding buy opportunities right now because of this app. UPDATE: Finally got my money. Deleting. Too slow to be useful for trades.

The only reason this app is even getting one star, is because 0 is not an option. By far, one of the absolute worst apps I have ever downloaded. Could not get my information downloaded, kept getting error messages, and losing the information I had already input, and so on. Absolutely a waste of time. Going to try to find another app to meet my needs. To say this one fell short, would be an understatent!!

Support is non existent. I have been locked out of my account for 3 weeks now. I open a ticket like they requested on the support section of the app, but haven't received any response from them. Meanwhile I'm loosing money. There is no phone number, no chat. Everything is through email. To open the acc and get validated is super fast. But good luck to get any kind of support after that.

I have tried and tried to take a photo on my ID and your app just plane sucks . It never wants to take a picture no matter how clear the photo looks . Truly waste of time when you're trying to invest in Crypto . You'll spend more time trying to get this app to work and its too late the price is gone for the crypto you missed it spending too much time trying to take a photo .

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app will not let me login. I'm fully verified online, no problem gaining access via the url but the app is awful, I can't get in. It just loops, keeps asking for username and password. Even opened a ticket, still haven't heard back. I have never had a problem before with any other app in my life. Terrible.

Digibyte isn't available on many apps. I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out how to use some tokens and transfer then into Binance US. I obviously learning about the crypto world. I can't find any info in the FAQs, through chatting, or emailing about this issue. I know I have a majority of the fault, but better support would help a lot with people such as myself, to adopt these wallets morel readily.

So I'm required to verify my account with photo ID, which is fine. I have a good amount of money moving around in the crypto market. My verification process has been "pending" for almost 3 weeks and we had a huge crash, which I was unable to move any cryptos around because Binance.us basically has had me locked out of my account. Tried contacting customer support, but I've been waiting to hear back. They emailed me, "you still having this problem?" after doing nothing... Still waiting.

If you're thinking about using this app to buy crypto, just don't bother. Any money you put on here, or any sales you do, you will have a hard time moving it off platform without just dumping cash into a crypto you can send to a wallet or another place to get your money back. Had great promise with security and all, but it's trash. Also, when you try to deactivate your account, they'll keep sending you links without actually opening up the option on your security page to do so.

Can't trade because I need to "verify" my information. It has been 3 weeks. I submitted a support ticket, which was responded to in a week, but it essentially told me to submit another ticket (I did). Specifically, he said my basic information was verified and I have to resubmit my ticket to add a bank and verify it again. However, the "add payment" doesn't work due to pending verification. Taking a month just to be stuck starting an account and still not being able to is actually crazy to me.

While this app functions fairly well, it lacks functionalities necessary for wise trading, such as stop losses. The company's customer service is almost non-existent, expect 1-6 months for issues to be resolved, if ever. I've been locked out of my account for no reason given for 2 weeks so far with no response to over a dozen attempts at communication. A little Googling shows this to be typical. If you're new to crypto, Paypal or Sofi are much better choices for basic trading.

Some of my coins have been delisted from the app. The only notice I had was an in app article I would have to click on to read the already hard to use app. No email sent to my attached email account, no text message to my attached phone number, and no direct message to me in app. Now when I try to move the delisted coins to another platform which does trade them, binance wants to charge me almost 50% of the entire amount as a fee. This app is rediculous. I'm cashing out to another platform.

I've been using is app for months now mostly when I'm away from my PC. I'm able to cancel, place limits, and sell my position. Never had any issues with it until the last few weeks. It won't let me place trades because it's pending verification. It's been pending for 30+ days now and needles to say it's cost me $1000's on possible trading opportunities. In a market were secs, mins matter, days are just unexcepable. So if really want to make sure your positions are sound us the your PC/MAC.

Pending approvals and endless failed verifications. I was looking for a crypto app to trade with and this one seemed to have the things I was looking for. To be a "client" you need to send in various forms of proof and then you are able to trade. Well nearly a week later that included countless failed photo proofs being rejected or crashing, I am now in the "pending" stage. Emails to support are automated reply of were working on it.

I have been using Binance.US since about December 2020, and everything was okay for the most part until recently. They had a big system crash recently, and all the sudden disabled trading on my account. I have lost thousands in trades because of this, and the issue still hasn't been resolved nearly 2 weeks later. I have emailed customer service several times, and absolutely no response. As soon as my last bit of money is freed up from the 10 day hold, I'm never using it again!

it's very confusing, there's no tutorial to help you figure it out, customer service is terrible. whenever I submit a request it's takes about 8 hours to get a reply, sometimes there is no reply at all. when I do get a reply it's very seldomly helpful. when trying to figure out how much you gained/lost in total on a trade you have to do all the math yourself. not sure why there isn't something on here to help you figure it out. overall pretty terrible app, would not recommend

I havent had issues with the functionality like a lot of people. My biggest problem is I have to log in almost every time I use it and since the requirements for the password are so ridiculous, I dont have it memorized, so I have to go find my password and by that point, I might as well check online. Also, you would think they would automatically put the crypto you've bought in your "interest" area, but by default, its the top coins. You have to manually add the others if you want to see them
