The initial verification process actually went pretty smooth, no issues. However, after multiple, multiple attempts to deposit money, I get a deposit failed message every time. There was plenty of money in the account so that wasn't the issue. Tried debit card too, also wouldn't work. From the sounds of the other reviews, it's probably a good thing my deposits didn't go through. Just going to delete my account info and uninstall the app.

Like the service (nice selection of coins), but the app needs work. Pay methods disappear and reappear. I get errors like "illegal reference" when trying to buy. Clicking on a coin and then choosing Buy doesn't let you choose a pay method but clicking on the Buy/sell icon on the dashboard does. Just not a smooth process at all. In the end, however, I was able to buy what I wanted and will hopefully be able to again.

App is simple to use,seems to be up to date with prices as they change (within a few minutes at most). Verification process takes forever, and if you submit a ticket with an attachment, the attachment isn't even looked at by customer service. I have been pending verification for a week as of this rating. Edit: reduced to 1 stars, taking over 2 weeks for FIAT verification.

Like others have said, the new version UI is dumbed down and waaaaay less useful than the old. Less information, more difficult to use, obscures info relevant to making a trade on the trade page, less decimal points (really makes a difference with the "smaller" coins". I'm looking for an older version to install (at least until they inevitably stop supporting it). And I'll start looking for another exchange too I guess, too bad.

Unbelievably slow to withdraw funds, even with banking approved and transactions confirmed. Sits in "Pending." Really? My purchases didn't have this issue. 🤔 I'm out, once they finally give me my money. I don't need a ticket opened for stall tactics. I need an app that works as fast taking money OUT as it does putting money IN. This isn't it. I'm missing some outstanding buy opportunities right now because of this app. UPDATE: Finally got my money. Deleting. Too slow to be useful for trades.

The only reason this app is even getting one star, is because 0 is not an option. By far, one of the absolute worst apps I have ever downloaded. Could not get my information downloaded, kept getting error messages, and losing the information I had already input, and so on. Absolutely a waste of time. Going to try to find another app to meet my needs. To say this one fell short, would be an understatent!!

Support is non existent. I have been locked out of my account for 3 weeks now. I open a ticket like they requested on the support section of the app, but haven't received any response from them. Meanwhile I'm loosing money. There is no phone number, no chat. Everything is through email. To open the acc and get validated is super fast. But good luck to get any kind of support after that.

I have tried and tried to take a photo on my ID and your app just plane sucks . It never wants to take a picture no matter how clear the photo looks . Truly waste of time when you're trying to invest in Crypto . You'll spend more time trying to get this app to work and its too late the price is gone for the crypto you missed it spending too much time trying to take a photo .

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app will not let me login. I'm fully verified online, no problem gaining access via the url but the app is awful, I can't get in. It just loops, keeps asking for username and password. Even opened a ticket, still haven't heard back. I have never had a problem before with any other app in my life. Terrible.

Digibyte isn't available on many apps. I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out how to use some tokens and transfer then into Binance US. I obviously learning about the crypto world. I can't find any info in the FAQs, through chatting, or emailing about this issue. I know I have a majority of the fault, but better support would help a lot with people such as myself, to adopt these wallets morel readily.
