Location and weather are not working. Following the developer's suggestion, I restarted the watch, but it's still not working. Note that other faces are working fine on my watch.

I purchased this watchface for my gear 8 classic, but none of the functions such as weather, health, etc do not work. its been over 3days since I wrote to EK watch faces for help, but even after 3reminders, I still have not got any response. I cannot even get a refund now. pathetic !
