app is constantly updating every time i open it it says there's an update are there really that much updating to do to an app just did an update on the 15th of this month and i opened the app it said another update on the 18th so within 3 days there was an update man crazy

very simple to use and very organized. you know what wallet to use for different crypto. perfect for just getting started. easy one step swap.

I now have come to understand the app isexcellently working.Currentl ly, the features embedded are helping the user to enable the same wallet function smoothly. But I fail to scan QR code and if possible a button to enable scan be placed so the user may use it.

Total scam. They will straight up STEAL your money. My wallet backup phrases don't work at all and that's all the help you'll get from customer service. They've literally stolen money from me and refuse to help other than KeEp TrYiNg YoUr TwElVe WoRd PhRaSe. Which is 100% correct yet my money is still missing. IOW, no mistakes on my end and customer service has been taking me in circles for almost a week. They refuse to read chat history and ask me the exact same question(s) over and over.

I am a very strong advocate for bitcoin mining. However over the 5 year mining is unable to transfer my earnings. The transfer takes 1440 minutes during which time my bank accounts are hacked and I am unable to get an honest agent to assist. This is awful. I have report my concerns to the Justice department with all the incidents and funds I lost.

this app is easy to use and very beginner friendly. I have not had a delay and the security is decent so far.

i like the user interface, its easy & simple to navigate & can do everything i need to do all in one place! I closed my coinbase accounts & moved all to this! I recommend giving it a try.

Not sure what is going on . But I used a Bitcoin wallet address from the app. Purchased Bitcoin on MoonPay . Everything went through except whenever I uploaded my wallet back to Bitcoin Wallet app. My funds aren't showing. But on the MoonPay app the funds are showing. But you can only buy Bitcoin on MoonPay using a wallet from third party app.You can't send or trade using a wallet from third party app. So be very careful with this app

this is my first time using this app and when I went to cash out the funds they are missing so there was canceled and then they said sent and now no one can find them.

it been a great experience with the Bitcoin wallet, user friendly interface, quick response to critical matters. im summary, I recommend this platform to all whom have been trying to spot a chilling environment for ur funds. thanks to all of you out there @the back end, seriously ensuring the output comes out clear.

My balance disappeared in April 2019 and I have spent probably over 1,000 hours trying to recover them. I have the public and private keys and even the seed phrase. tried customer support many times. I was able to se my transactions on the blockchain until moonpay locked me out of my account last year. purchased almost $4000 worth and its all gone. Hopefully some day they'll be a way to recover it as it is probably woth quite a bit now

I joined so I could get verse rewards. they really are hit or miss after using the app daily for months. Most often it will show me getting X number of verse coins as a reward but then they never show up. Also I have used the app and it doesn't record i did. If they cant deliver rewards correctly it makes me not want to trust them with real money. I also looked into converting verse to bitcoin which seems like in will have to buy $20 of matic coins for gas first so I haven’t done it yet.

Constant issues with payouts and rewards. Now when trying to swap or withdraw, it freezes when calculating. It is clearly set to prevent money 💰 going out and well adverted to grab you in. --- THIS IS A TRAP APP --- If you want to learn about risk, this app is a good lesson! Lucrative rewards offers, until you will be about to pay out more that you paid in ! This is UK 🇬🇧 experience

Transaction fee's are insane. Also, make sure you follow the tiny little red dot on your wallet to set a 12 word pass phrase, and a master password. They don't require this before letting you spend money. So if you are like me and didn't see this tiny red dot, and didn't know they store your coins in your cache, you can lose all of it, and they can't do anything to help you. Luckily, it wasnt a large sum but one day it could be.

Scam! My other review got removed. Yes you charge way more than advertise. I tried to move my $60 worth of bitcoins to another wallet, you charged me $3.51 transaction fees and nothing was moved, I tried again, you charged me $3.01. I can't contact customer service via the app. And I can't find an email to you. I'm sure one exists, but you purposely make it impossible to find. I'm trying to for the third time now and they changed me $9.62 transaction fees to transfer the $52 left.

As a wallet it's pretty good. The backup feature great. The rewards feature is hit or miss sometimes you get the reward and sometimes for some reason it doesn't go through. And sometimes if you complain to the support team they credit it right away and sometimes you get a message that it's being worked on and then it gets corrected but sometimes you get that message and the reward never gets added.

Had a transaction address associated with my wallet. The funds are still not showing in my wallet. Confirmed the address and found transaction, but I still don't have access. I have deleted and restored and scanned for missing transactions several times. The help is responsive but has not been able to fix the issue. They finally resolved the issue. Updating to 3 stars because they fixed it but it took a month.

One of the least user friendly wallets I've tried. No support to be reached. Funds tied up for weeks often. And purchases that don't show in balance even after they take your money. It would be best to find a more reputable option. You've been warned. Not to mention the fact that for almost a year I have funds in different crypto that they swapped without any problem at all from Bitcoin to the others types of coins. But they are all but impossible to swap back all the sudden of course.
