Way too many scammers. I've had my own pictures taken down because someone else stole them and created a fake profile with them. The algorithm is way off. I keep getting people from different countries trying to chat with me. I input my preferences and I keep seeing everyone who doesn't even come close to my preferences. This app is horrible and overrun by scammers who are preying on unsuspecting individuals. This app should be pulled from the app store immediately.
So many scammers and phishers. My inbox is FULL of blocked profiles that I've forwarded to customer service, but it doesn't stop! Ex. 'Adam' has multiple profiles with different variations of the name, same goofy arse photo and FOREVER sending the exact same exhausted message requesting me to call them. I've forwarded this info multiple times, yet it doesn't stop. There was a profile with Justin Timberlake's as the main photo! I HAD TO VERIFYMY PHOTO AND ACCOUNT WITH MY DRIVER'S! WTH?! TRASH!
It's actually a good dating app even for the free version, the only thing that needs attention is the number of fake scammer profiles. I get a lot of likes but still gotta move on to the next person. I have met some nice real people on here, though just haven't found the one I'm looking for. This app needs a better system that stops the creation of fake profiles and blocking them.
The ONLY reason I don't give it 4-5 stars is the ridiculous policy on messaging others. You have to pay the subscription to send DMs to anyone, EVEN people you have matched with!!!!! Now you can post comments on their profile for free but those are public, everyone can see those. No DMs to people you match with? How crazy is that? Is it a dating app or just social media with swiping? Otherwise, I like using it. The messaging policy is utterly stupid though.
Searching with a filter doesn't work well as things populate or of order. Also, all profile photos cut off the top, so one can't see the face. (Galaxy Note 5) I wish there was an option to eliminate people from other countries sending messages.
After using the app for a few months I think it's sadly time to leave. It's been OK, I made some genuine contacts, however it now seems less busy, is too expensive and full of scammers/fake profiles from Ghana. The monthly cost has increased to £16 which is extortionate really. There are better options and it's a shame this app has gone bad in the same way many good apps seem to go ie: diminishing service and increasing costs.
Unlike many other negative reviewers' experiences, in the Browse tab, the app DID show me what few local(ish) matches were available. In Spark, they're apparently from the whole country, though maybe further, but I haven't bothered to swipe enough to find out. Seems like few users are active, and none, locally - presumably because chat's locked behind a paywall, and, like me, they're not paying money for an underpopulated, third-rate app. Waste your time on something else. You won't regret it.
Great App when looking for singles. I used it a couple of time and I got meet some great people . The app is amazingly user friendly and easy to use. I was able to match to singles based on my preferred ethnicity. height, location and age. Love the updates which are pretty great and make the experience very wonderful. Great job guys, much appreciated.

Nothing but scams and women from outside the US. Now they canceled my account. I paid for three months and got maybe three weeks. They got mad because I actually reported accounts that were scams. I want my money back. This app it turns out is the real scam.
this account has been up with zero views for six days and you want me to pay you? other app working just fine seeing other people. yall are pretty insane lmao at least show people it works or how the hell would they trust you are actually putting their profile out there.
As far as I can tell it's a quality app! Easy access and use. A good amount of users to increase likely hood of matches. And various features to help you out. Finally the app ensures your privacy and security well. I'd recommend it! To anyone. Looking for an interracial hookup. Ya'know. Definitely cool though because compared to apps like Tinder, or Bumble, or Hot or Not, you know that people want to hook up. There's no awkwardness. But in those other ones, you always have to read those profiles
This is a organized plenty of fish. Very similar, very poor matching abilities. Doesn't allow you to even really get a good understanding or view of the other person. Lots of men on here lying about age etc(non verified profiles), no filters (you must pay). Very poor layout and the notifications are never accurate. This is probably not going to change the app or cause for any transformation of it but this app has terrible algorithm and any additional feature that is pretty much basic costs you.
If you're on iOS, you might be screwed. As a few people have noted in their reviews that sometimes they or someone they've written can't see their messages, it's because the makers of this app HAVE NOT updated it for iOS "for some time". This was an email their customer service rep told me. This is a HUGE problem as more than half of their user base could be iOS with no means of seeing messages!!
Trash. Unless you are looking for over seas scams, try some other app. Points 1. There is no real range limit for free users. Have fun getting spammed from the other side of the world. 2. You can't chat with anyone unless one of you have paid for it. 3. Bots are a plenty. Or so it feels that way. There's more issues, like UI, setting, and so on. Update. Still trash. Filters don't work right for free. Been on here for months. Didn't get a single candidate in less then 400miles.
Easy to use and navigate. Reasonable membership rates. Only thing is not enough matches in my area. Only 4 stars because it can take up to 2 days for pic approval. Also it would be nice to check off & delete messages without having to read them first. I noticed a few crude/ offensive pics that were approved. Def. PLENTY of other Apps for that...
The app is good in its variations of the people using it. However, I wish they warn you that your messages are no longer readable/accessible to those to whom you sent them if you're not a premium member after a while. Also, there's a lot of people claiming to be from where they're not. Is there no way that you can force people to at least be honest about their physical location, like ensuring that if I was somewhere in Africa or Asia, only countries in those continents are shown in the options?
It's a decent app. The only thing I really don't like is if you are not upgraded, your match isn't upgraded, then you can't talk to them. Most dating apps should allow that or even limit to how much talking you could do cause if you can't talk to them after matching, then what's the point? That's just wrong. Not everyone can afford to upgrade to membership. I'm fine not seeing other things but messaging should be free or limited. I matched and can't talk to them at all.
