At first i was able to get into the app now i haven't been able to log into the app for about a week now. But I don't know why I've uninstall and installed it back but yet having the same issues.

Terrible I have had this app for 2 months thinking it would be a good dating app. After I made a profile nothing worked and the one time I got to another screen you had to pay 🤦🏿‍♀️🙄. This is crazy and the only way to get to the messages is if someone sends a like. I want to remove my profile before I delete the app but I cannot.

The idea of a membership committee doing an evaluation of profiles sounded really good, but they must have the lowest standard ever because there is no quality in the profiles I've encountered (mostly blank content and photos only). My profile is 100% complete and it'd be great if they only showed results that are just as thorough. The distance filter is also useless showing me matches hundreds of miles away instead of my vicinity as requested in my search.

Just crashes and closes. Woukd give zero stars if I could. Managed to add pictures and get myself verified, but since then everytime I open the app it crashes and closes itself. No idea what my profile looks like. However, I do recieve notifications to interact with others...... I would if the app actually worked.

was on the waiting list for 2 months, followed all the rules for making a profile... solid response. it lets you be lazy, and leaving you free from responding to emails or doing actual work other than collect money.

The worst app I've ever subscribed to. Most of the account owners ain't real, or they have inactive accounts. They keep popping up for likes, but ain't functional. A waste of money! Not recommended!

I have been waiting 3 months to join. No nudity, no gang signs, no swear signs. my pictures are okay. all my information is correct. so why are you not opening my profile, so hopefully, I can meet someone. It quite annoying why customer service doesn't reply to a message to show my what's wrong with my profile. so I am leaving one star sorry its been it's a pee take.

So far I like how profiles are set up on the app. Unfortunately, I struggle to get likes here. I'm guessing because most people aren't active so I can only expect 5 likes a day/week versus the 20-500 I get on more popular apps. Besides the photo verification, it doesn't seem like profiles are reviewed. Most are empty. And I keep getting notifications that someone new likes me but no new likes when I open then app. No option to expand distance beyond 500miles keeps the options limited too.

Site never works! I have signed up about 7 days ago and ever since the website has been very leggy and freezes after a few swipes. I have reset my phone, uninstalled the app several time and still the same thing. I reported my issues to their customer service and have not gotten a response. At this point I am just going to delete my profile, reverse my payment, and move on!

I tried to message one of my matches, and it says socket not connected. The same thing happened when I tried messaging back someone from my direct messages. And it won't let me add my number to log in. When I tried to contact support, it said it couldn't assist if the account is on the waitlist. My account was approved, so am I still on the waitlist or not?

I need a refund! I was only able to use the app for 1/2 a month with paid subscription before I was kicked out and it won't let me sign back on. I contacted customer service and they were no help and stopped helping me after their initial response. Now Google has taken another month out of my account for an app I can't access. And yes this app glitches 24/7 it takes forever to let you know someone messaged you and sometimes won't refresh so you can see new profiles.

I'd prefer unlimited location range (500 miles isn't enough), and the app demands permission to your location to work (can't just enter it in). Also won't let you edit name after initial creation, so that's not at all safe (and minus the tactless app developers trying to call me a liar in their previous response, most dating apps will let you, or will allow such once you contact customer service. I know this because I've done it on multiple competitor apps recently.)

I'm 66 years old, and they keep sending me tons of young males as young as 25 years old. When you try to get to the page where you're chatting to someone, you can't because you can only scroll to view more than a hundred pages Not good!!!! Plus, they block you from connecting with someone and keep trying to get you to update even though your subscription still have a week or more time remaining, but until you spend more money, you don't have access, they block you from having access. 👎

This entire layout and design is trash. Smh. You can't see all the pictures. When you unmatch from someone the initial message disappears, but the profile is STILL THERE! You can click on it. When you block someone from message requests that doesn't disappear either!! Like really?! Why would I pay or put any money into this???

This app consistently glitches & I have uninstalled this app at least 20 times in the last few days of having it to get it to work. And yes the number of people who have viewed your profile for you to see & move forward in DM'ng goes down if you decide to do a subscription. I will be canceling the subscription due to the constant crashing & just utilize the free option instead, this way I'm not paying for something that's constantly broken. Also, where is the contact us option??

No features work. Unable to block or unmatch. No support options. Fake data. Says you have a certain number of Likes but the candidates don't match that number. Also, considering they do all of this screening, it is very low quality options. Unable to block. Keep getting same people liking profile after blocking several times. Horrible algorithms. Trying to figure out how to cancel ASAP. Beware using this app. Waste of time and investment.

The app does not work well. It glitches, making it difficult to swap left. I had no matches or convos in over a week, but I had >100 blurred likes. Math is not matching. Does not display quality options, although it is advertised to do so. Many people mention their concerns about the site as part of their bio! The site seems like a scam, honestly. I am hoping my identity isn't stolen as a result.

After using the free service for a few months, I paid for 1 month subscription. Before purchasing, I saw "see who has liked you". It showed over 90 people. Once I paid the subscription, reviewed the Likes, the same people kept popping back up after I swiped "to the left" - as if it was being done automatically. Prior to purchasing the subscription, I had many options to choose from, daily. After the purchase, no more options came through. I was better off not purchasing the subscription.

It's ok, but needs some updates. When I subscribe to a platform, I only like to see men that match my preferences. I don't want anyone messaging me or matching me that don't at least fit. I have to close the app and reopen to see matches. I like the setup, but once use starts, it needs to be driven based on filters. This helps get the best experience for what a paid subscriber 8s paying for. As it stands right now...it's not worth it, and I would like a refund.

The interface is bad. Sometimes you can swipe to the side to see the person you're looking at's next picture, sometimes it will swipe No on them if you do that. Sometimes swiping up will show their profile, sometimes it will think you're trying to send a Super Like and ask you to buy a subscription. Sometimes clicking the picture will open their profile, sometimes it will do nothing. this app is trash, use something else
