At first i was able to get into the app now i haven't been able to log into the app for about a week now. But I don't know why I've uninstall and installed it back but yet having the same issues.
Terrible I have had this app for 2 months thinking it would be a good dating app. After I made a profile nothing worked and the one time I got to another screen you had to pay 🤦🏿‍♀️🙄. This is crazy and the only way to get to the messages is if someone sends a like. I want to remove my profile before I delete the app but I cannot.
The idea of a membership committee doing an evaluation of profiles sounded really good, but they must have the lowest standard ever because there is no quality in the profiles I've encountered (mostly blank content and photos only). My profile is 100% complete and it'd be great if they only showed results that are just as thorough. The distance filter is also useless showing me matches hundreds of miles away instead of my vicinity as requested in my search.
Just crashes and closes. Woukd give zero stars if I could. Managed to add pictures and get myself verified, but since then everytime I open the app it crashes and closes itself. No idea what my profile looks like. However, I do recieve notifications to interact with others...... I would if the app actually worked.
was on the waiting list for 2 months, followed all the rules for making a profile... solid response. it lets you be lazy, and leaving you free from responding to emails or doing actual work other than collect money.
The worst app I've ever subscribed to. Most of the account owners ain't real, or they have inactive accounts. They keep popping up for likes, but ain't functional. A waste of money! Not recommended!
I have been waiting 3 months to join. No nudity, no gang signs, no swear signs. my pictures are okay. all my information is correct. so why are you not opening my profile, so hopefully, I can meet someone. It quite annoying why customer service doesn't reply to a message to show my what's wrong with my profile. so I am leaving one star sorry its been it's a pee take.
So far I like how profiles are set up on the app. Unfortunately, I struggle to get likes here. I'm guessing because most people aren't active so I can only expect 5 likes a day/week versus the 20-500 I get on more popular apps. Besides the photo verification, it doesn't seem like profiles are reviewed. Most are empty. And I keep getting notifications that someone new likes me but no new likes when I open then app. No option to expand distance beyond 500miles keeps the options limited too.
Site never works! I have signed up about 7 days ago and ever since the website has been very leggy and freezes after a few swipes. I have reset my phone, uninstalled the app several time and still the same thing. I reported my issues to their customer service and have not gotten a response. At this point I am just going to delete my profile, reverse my payment, and move on!
I tried to message one of my matches, and it says socket not connected. The same thing happened when I tried messaging back someone from my direct messages. And it won't let me add my number to log in. When I tried to contact support, it said it couldn't assist if the account is on the waitlist. My account was approved, so am I still on the waitlist or not?
