I would like to give this platform 0 stars. Ridiculous service. I just ordered certain items for my far away friend, and she received an expired chocolate. When asked for the refund, they asked to share the live video, without that no refund would be possible. Somehow I made my friend log in thru my account and provided with that. Then they asked to give back the product only then refund would process. Living in hostel, there are certain timings. wasted my 45 min along with my money pathetic.

Very disappointed. Ordered mainly for a tick collar, added extra items only to reach the discount. Blinkit delivered everything except the main product, marking it “unavailable” after payment. This feels like a dirty tactic—keeping items visible just to push customers to add more, then dropping the one thing that matters. Misleading, unethical, and shows poor stock tracking. Not acceptable.

Blink, you’ve completely tested my patience! During Puja, I faced so many issues because you didn’t even bother to inform us that your service was closed. Even after Puja, your useless app didn’t let me place any orders and couldn’t even detect my location properly. I have no idea what kind of service this is supposed to be. I’ve finally decided to uninstall your app — it’s just a waste of space on my phone. Thanks for nothing!

service is good, but customer service is trash. I have written thrice that I want to cancel the order yet their app doesn't properly register. their agents call you with the cancelled order on your doorstep and not when the order cancellation is being made for better clarity. on putting it across the table,they say " you were speaking to a bot then" in an extremely rude way.

I got the order fast, but the product was defective but the service was amazing, also I didnt faced much trouble the help section assistant helped a lot understood the problem and also initiated the return process imediatly which was commendable I enjoyed the experinace ecsept the product which didn't worked well it was noise Airwave 32 dB earphone neck band.

Fraudsters. They do not check the order before it's out for delivery. 2items were missing now and I had paid the whole amount in cash because the store manager and delivery guy promised that I will get refund for missing product and the support agent denied the same and issued a coupon or Rs 69. which is unfair. Never again purchasing from Blinkit it.

I was disappointed with the delivery experience on my recent Blinkit order. The app promised 15 minutes, but I got a call about items being out of stock, leading to a revised order. Despite that, the whole process took over an hour, with delivery still pending far beyond the initial estimate. Please improve stock accuracy and delivery

I’ve been using Blinkit for a while now, and honestly, it has made everyday grocery shopping so much easier. The biggest plus is speed — most of my orders arrive within 10–20 minutes, and the delivery is usually accurate. What I like most is the convenience: no more last minute grocery run.Of course, there are a couple of things that could be better. Sometimes the prices feel slightly higher than local stores, and in peak hours certain items go out of stock.

I received a damaged product from Blinkit, and despite it being their fault, they refused to issue a refund. I couldn’t be home for the reverse pickup due to time constraints, but that doesn’t change the fact that they delivered a damaged item. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Never pay them an advance payment or a tip beforehand. Otherwise, they will deliver very late, and the items will be in a torn package. So, avoid advance payments. Late means they will be five times later than expected. and they say fraudulently "your order is arriving on an electric vehicle for a cleaner, greener future!"

It was my go to app for ordering instant deliveries.. and now they are just about adding random charges whenever they feel to. Even if weather is stable they show surge fee or anything like high demand. Terrible experience recently and yes even now taking 20-30mins to pack the order wow ! If there aren't any delivery partners available just list the reason rather than wasting time on excuses .

Customer chat is off for a week now, due to a never ending SURGE in queries. Support email always sends an automated reply, which is useless. The veggies and fruits are often low quality products. Some other products are sold of second or third class quality. Play Store must add a feature to post relevant pictures here, so that the words are validated from the customer point of view. They're scamming people in the name of service.

it's scam platform. it's doesn't take their wrong delivered product and say this is no refundable even it's available. the customer service is very bad you can't directly chat with them . Today I ordered a product it was shown 40meter but what I received was 8meter!!!! what a huge difference, when I contacted customer service they said it's not our fault sir . we cannot do anything. A very versatile app that makes planning more convenient and accessible. I started this app to get items for wedding favors and was impressed by the nice packaging, prompt delivery and overall good customer experience. My one complaint is that there are way too many options that are always unavailable. it seems more like a marketing strategy than anything else. Anyways keep up the good work.

There should be an option to change the address if a customer has multiple addresses. I tried to change my delivery address immediately after placing the order because I noticed that the delivery address was different from the intended saved address however that option was frozen. It's really sad to see that a minor feature such as this is not provided by a company which is running one of the largest last mile operations in the country.

I am really disappointed with their return policy. When I placed a complaint for receiving an incorrect product and incorrect weight, Blinkit issued a refund but also picked up the order. This has raised serious concerns for me about how the products are being delivered to my doorstep. Consumable products should not be picked up, as it breaks the customer's trust.

Blinkit cannot take an order for delivery in 20 minutes, accept the money, and then despatch some items with an app message that other item/s is/are not available. And that too, the most expensive item was not delivered. The card charge is also higher than the app amount. Not a good experience.

I am very much dissatisfied with the services and false commitment of blinkit. I installed this app today and ordered a few items, from which one of the items was defective. For which I wanted a refund or a replacement. The replacement process started but the delivery partner didn't come and falsely called and disconnected the calls every time. And I saw that it was updated in the app and the replacement is cancelled. I hereby saying you big thanks for this special service. I am logging out and

Takes time.. Fools the customer when you order something, it shows a specific time for the delivery to arrive. but. sometimes (mostly) one specific time like say, "15minutes" it says to arrive. so even after 15minutes, it shows the same time. the delivery guy and the app takes their time and deliver in More than the give time. it's a kind of scam but still it's good that at least they deliver the items to doorstep.
