I received a damaged product from Blinkit, and despite it being their fault, they refused to issue a refund. I couldn’t be home for the reverse pickup due to time constraints, but that doesn’t change the fact that they delivered a damaged item. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Never pay them an advance payment or a tip beforehand. Otherwise, they will deliver very late, and the items will be in a torn package. So, avoid advance payments. Blinkit cannot take an order for delivery in 20 minutes, accept the money, and then despatch some items with an app message that other item/s is/are not available. And that too, the most expensive item was not delivered. The card charge is also higher than the app amount. Not a good experience.
