I subscribed to premium so I can see who "likes" me, but once I did that, I wasn't able to see at all. There's no customization for geographical area nor what I'm looking for. All I can do is, swipe left and right, message if I choose to, and see their limited info. There's nowhere for a bio so you're basically just picking off of appearance. I'll gladly return once these options are made available.

Underwhelming at best. I paid for the app straight away only to find that the additional filters I choose didn't matter. The options coming through were not even close to my preferences albeit everyone is beautiful in their own way. I submitted a ticket right away to get a refund, and the person who replied sent me a generic knowledge article that wasn't really Relevant to my question. When I followed up, the next person they sent me sometime similar. Don't recommend, not worth the trouble.

Since the last update, I've been having alot of issues that I never experienced before.. errors trying to log in,I can no longer sign in with my Facebook account ( I've had that profile/account for years. Now it's gone),matches are 200mi.+ out when I set it to 60mi. Out, not recognizing my login credentials, even though they've been the same since 2018. I'm not understanding what happened after the last update as to why I'm having all of these issues.. please fix asap!!

When I first got the app, I received like a lot of likes in a short time, so I decided, to pay for the premium, give myself the best possible chance, considering how crappy the other features are. The next day after paying my likes drastically decreased. I went from getting two or three a day, to like one a week. That on top of the ridiculous location, the constant loading, and the phantom notifications, this app isn't worth it.

Horrible!!! Update 11-01-2020: After contacting customer support via the app, my account was restored. At first, I was told that they could not find my paid account. When I showed a receipt, miraculously my account is restored. I like the simplicity of the app, however it's not easy to use on more than one device. Make sure you keep your receipt when purchasing a subscription. It sucks that I paid for 3 mos and found a really special woman in less than 1! 😁😁😁

The ones rating this look better than the ones on the app 🙄The location setting is so awful even when you go into the settings to correct it, it doesn't help. Paying to view likes is truly a waste because they stay 500+ miles away. Great app for anyone living in GA or on top of the moon up. There's no one weeding through all the fake profiles, and I personally feel being verified should be required. I met one guy in person who looked nothing like his photos. Nevertheless, I will not return.

This app has been around for a while and still hasn't fixed most of the bugs. The filters don't work when applied. Swiping does not work: you'll see that person several more times after the initial swipe, whether right or left. When you unmatch after messaging, the message will randomly reappear in your inbox. Not bug related, but the number of non-blk people on this app 🙄 most only looking for casual hook ups. I wish there was more effort put into making this a solid app.

Not working after only 1 day. It won't let me log in, and I'm not sure who to reach out to. Update: I reached out several times through email, followed all instructions, and it still won't work. Another update: I got banned but have no idea why. They sent a link to the terms and conditions, but I didn't violate any of those things. Good luck navigating, to everyone else.

This app is horrible! First off in order to see who likes you, you have to pay! So all of this "free" talk on their advertisement is a complete LIE! Then, it said I had like 100 likes and it charged my card almost $80. As soon as I seen the charge, I requested to cancel the account and a refund. I got notification that the account was canceled and money refunded, but I NEVER actually got my refund! So app canceled, and still lost my money! Horrible app!

I've been trying to get into this app for a while hoping a black focused app would be amazing but I just can't do it. between the fluctuations in the mileage, the constantly seeing the same people even after swiping left and blocking them over and over and the mute females that I match with but never say anything after I start a conversation I'm just about over it. and the icing on the cake the latest update where they removed the X.. they might as well give us the rewind feature for free then
