Been using Blood Pressure Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you log your blood pressure, pulse, glucose, and other health stats. Pretty solid if you’re into monitoring your vitals and sharing that info with your doctor.
Here’s what you do: you can input your readings, like your systolic and diastolic numbers. And there’s also a calendar view to see trends over time, which is pretty cool. And you can generate reports in different formats to share with your family or medical team – took me a while to figure that out but it’s super useful.
