The app is broken. Nobody even quality tested this. To change one's password one must first enter their date of birth, but there's no way to set the year without going back one month at a time, which is very tedious since I'm in my seventies. That's 12 clicks per year for 70 years, which is more than 840 clicks. This app is dumber than a stump. It's nothing more than an invitation for a repetitive stress injury.

Not sure if it's the app or not but been trying to reset my password for the last month to get access as I need a new one. Every time it says it's having technical issues, even called and spoke with a representative to get it figured out on their end. Still doesn't work, so now I have to pay by phone every month.

has glitches and doesn't open certain kinks correctly where you are able to see in certain blank fields or entering and changing passwords.

I can't log in it's taking me in circles and won't let me sign. The first time I signed in it said my password expired I had to make a new one. every time I clicked a box, the current password the whole screen would blink not letting me type, then stop and I let me enter another letter and then it would blink again. It was like this in all three boxes. Then wouldn't let me hit continue. After 10 tries it finally finished, but my password says it's wrong when I sign in. I can't log in!!

what is the point of this stupid app if you can no longer pay the bill on it and it redirects to the website, which doesnt work well at all with phones

Great health ins. Great and useful customer service usually. Great for senior plans. compared to others, they have more options in plans than most. 4 stars because getting referrals, can be discouraging. sometimes getting wrong info on a doctor , because they don't update they're lists enough. I'm the one that usually does the researching and tell them who i want that's the closest, in the right field, and in my medical group.
