Description
Been using Bluetooth Firewall for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that guards your device from Bluetooth hacking and keeps your privacy safe. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: you can set it to run in the background and it’ll alert you if any unknown devices try to connect to your phone over Bluetooth. There’s also an option to save trusted devices so the firewall recognizes them. And if a saved device tries to connect with a different name, it’ll let you know.
Look, if you’re worried about Bluetooth security, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the alerts can get a little annoying sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Bluetooth Firewall. I've tested a bunch of security apps and this one's pretty good. The core features work well and it's easy to set up. And i like that you can save trusted devices so it doesn't bug you about them. But the alerts can get a little spammy, especially if you have a lot of Bluetooth devices. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it's a solid option if you want an extra layer of Bluetooth protection.
