Been using BLW Brasil – Alimentação Bebês for a couple months now. It’s basically a super helpful app for parents who are getting started with baby-led weaning. Basically it’s got all kinds of info on what foods to introduce, how to prepare them, and even some recipes. Real solid if you’re new to this whole baby food thing.

There’s a ton of features – you can browse by food type, see how to serve it (like whole pieces or mashed), and get tips on the best ways to introduce new foods. It’s got this cool calendar too that gives you ideas on what to offer each week as your little one grows. Took me a while to figure out all the different sections but once I got the hang of it, it’s been super useful.

Look, if you’re a new parent doing baby-led weaning, you’ll probably really like this app. It’s not perfect – sometimes the recipes are a bit complicated – but overall it’s a big help and makes this whole process a lot less stressful. Definitely worth downloading.
