Terrible! I have tried over 20 times to get started by entering my name email and password....it comes back with my email is connected with another account. I have tried numerous times to reset and nother happens. I have tried to get help and the same categories pop up so I got through my explanation again and the same stuff comes up...Zero customer Service availability. I just un installed Boards! It really too bad. Maybe 1 star????

Lasted 5 minutes and deleted it. Was excited to be able to link this with my business but when i downloded the app you cant even look at anything without handing over information. So tried on the desktop same story. Set up account online so i could look at what the platform offers. Website is subpar links wont open, pages go blank and you cant delete an account from a desktop had to redownload the app to delete account. Bitterly dissapointed at the bland set up and its useless unless you pay $$

So far I love the app! Great tool for my team. There are just a few things we are finding that need to be fixed to make it 100% perfect. Still, so much better than the way we were doing things before. I have several of my leaders trying it out too so that we can train our team to use Boards!

Customer service is almost impossible to get hold of. A week later I receive an email with a slight suggestion that is in no way helpful. There is no way to upgrade from free account and no way to get help to fix the issue. It's a neat app but if you need help CUSTOMER SERVICE is NONEXISTENT.... that needs to be addressed in my opinion. I'm still flipping aggervated and still have no solution. 😡🤬

I paid over $100. I've tried and tried to understand this app. I totally made no money with this app. Now they wanna charge me for another year ??? 😒 and can't find where to cancel it. I'm so irritated. I'm a senior citizen our funds are valuable. My son says if it doesn't make money it doesn't make sense! HOW DO I CANCEL AND GET MY REFUND. I gave notice too

Unless you subscribe and pay their huge fee they lock your boards so they are worthless. I paid for 1 year and now I can't access anything. Highway robbery

update... I have several boards and none of them are updating... very frustrating! Easy and convenient to use

I am having a hard time learning everything but that is up to me. I did pay for the upgraded version so hoping when I open the ap. this will show me I have upgraded.

This app would be great if it allowed you to share photos with Android. When will that be available?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. GO TO WORDBOARD!!! $13?!?!?! this has to be a joke. I swear they raise the prices all thr time. I've been here since it was free. and they were supposed to keep our accounts free. then they forced us to pay along with the new accounts. then they raised the fees. now they are raising it again. it's just not worth it. im going to word board. screw this

Love the convenience, disappointed we cannot directly post images from the app. When is it in your roadmap to resolve this? The ability to screenshot images was removed, so I got the paid version and am still not able to use the images unless I download them first. lame.

Challenging yet ever so exhilarating. First time, in a long time, something has put me to the challenge again. Love the experience!

I've been trying to log into boards with my email and pass word and it tells me it's been used for another account. So I created a new email and password and it keeps saying the same thing .So frustrating!!!! How do I erase everything that is linked to my name and start from the beginning? Or is there a customer support phone # I can call to correct this issue? I really need to use boards for my business .

My work uses boards for ONE folder. ONE. In the beginning, this app was great! you could go in, get the photos or info you needed and add your own. Then last year, no more downloading. This year, no more screenshots. For one folder, you want me to pay 99 bucks a year? and what exactly is it that is worth that when all I do is download a photo my work puts in there? Boards used to be great. Now just wants all of your money.

This app *was* amazing. I recommended it to everyone I know. Literally a game-changer for my business. Now... With the limit of 100 shares lifetime OR having to pay $10/month to be able to share after that, is RIDICULOUS. I loved the app enough, even as an android user, to not be too worried when they announced a coming upgrade. But when I looked at the price, I was DISGUSTED. I could understand paying $2-5/month for this app. But $10 a MONTH?! come on. 🙄 At least give a "with ads" mid option.

I USED to love AND recommend this app, but since it's gone from 3 free boards down to 1 SHARED board, it's completely USELESS for me. Before it went down to 3 boards, I went through the dozens of shared ones that I had in order to combine them as best I could. I don't use any of the shared boards anymore (only the one that I created) and it's so frustrating. At least my phone has an option to lock clipboard info... FOR FREE... so I guess I'll use that now instead.

I used the app for a yer then all of a sudden I had to pay for it. I paid for a month just to get my info and now I can't cancel and it keeps charging me. They say go to the subscriptions and do it there but it doesn't show up so how can I cancel it!! Had to send them an email to talk to anyone. I guess we will see how long that takes. Do not recommend!

I had this app for over a year, with a free subscription. I had only 1 board that I used. Then with no notice, it changed to a paid subscription only. I could not even see the information that I entered in the first place! So, in order to get those notes I typed, I had to pay for a month subscription, just to copy MY info and immediately cancel. Sketchy business practices at best. It was nice to have things in one place, but not nice enough I'd pay for it.

We have had a very tough time using boards on our android platform. Honestly it is very clunky. Here lately I am having trouble using it at all and we have a professional account. It has been down for days now and the customer service is non-existent! They do not have a phone number and WILL NOT call you when you request a work around. We put in emails to their support and nothing. We are disappointed with this app on this platform. I'm not looking for haters just stating an experience.

I used the app for less than 5 days. I thought it worked differently and just wasn't set up for what I needed. I asked to cancel the subscription, delete my account, and for a refund AFTER 5 DAYS! First, it was frustrating to use the chat bot and not get customer support, and then I finally had to send an email. Was told to cancel through the Play Store, and REFUNDS CAN'T BE ISSUED and "Sorry for the inconvenience." What a rip-off. I am so pissed.
