Great app when it works. Unfortunately with the new update all I get is that message to align on the frame and no results. I also don't know where to upload new items now. I will change the rating when it gets fixed.

I truly like this app! If you are on a journey to lose weight or have a healthier lifestyle this app allows you to make better food choices. I love that you can scan the bar code on food with this app along with the explanation why that food item is NOT Bobby Approved. You can go in almost any grocery store and use this app! Also he has videos on his app, I don't think you will be disappointed!

This app is very handy to use while shopping. I for one can't remember what things on the ingredients list that are not good to put in my body. With this app you just scan the bar code and everything you need to know pops up. If the item is not best there are other options suggested. As someone just getting into eating cleaner this app is extremely helpful.

This app is so important. Makes shopping for healthy/ non-toxic products, so freaking easy! Imagine being in a store going over all the ingredients?! Heck, no, you can just open up your app, scan the code, and it will let you know if it's bobby approved or not. Easy peasy. Super fast shopping trip. I also search for items I buy online to make better informed purchases. I'm so grateful that it exists. 💓

I love the app and try to use it all the time at all the stores, but the app only works as soon as you open it. That first item you scan works great, but after that, you have to close and open again to scan the second item, and then repeat the same routine for every single item. Soooo annoying!! Please fix this issue as I relay on this for so much when shopping 😑

This is probably one of the greatest shopping weapons in my arsenal to date. I'm so excited that Bobby came out with this app! I'm constantly standing in aisles rewatching his videos rewinding/fast forwarding and getting in everyone's way trying to read the labels on products and finally I can do what I need to do as quickly as possible. Thank you guys. Cheers for making one fantastic app! I'm literally running around my house scanning everything in my pantry and refrigerator and having blast!!!

Needs a better user experience. When I scan an item I should be able to click on the item to see the details and ingredients. Instead I have to hit back and then search for the item, but wait!! Let's say you were looking for Mr. Jingles minestrone soup (completely made up brand). If you search jingles minestrone soup, no results. To find the item you have to memorize the exact name that appeared in the scan result and then type that exact name in the search results. Needs work!

Works great! No problems! Really helps make those BS products with slick "healthy" marketing easier to spot. App gives you a list of the ingredients (good and bad food) and will highlight the offending ingredient(s) for the unapproved ones. And it's great for my eyes, rather than trying to read the fine print on a shiny package, ingredients are on my phone in a nice big font!

App keeps crashing. It's works fine when you 1st open it but then stops working on the second item scanned. I have to force stop it and reopen. Have plenty of Cellular and wifi in stores so that's not why it's not working. Very frustrating. Because of this I have started using the Yuka app more. It works all the time. It would be nice if u fixed this issue so app could be dependable and used regularly

I have two changes I would make to make the app "Jerry Approved." #1, when manually typing in a food, let's say "Magic Spoon," you would hope that would come up at the top but you have to scroll down to find it. #2, It would be nice if there was an option to reflect a "better for you" choice knowing that the food is not "perfect" but it's not horrible either.

Great app,, really helps avoiding sugars and other ingredients that may not be in the type of diet you are on. A lot of items are thumbs down due to Bobbie looking out for our best health but you maybe be okay with some of the "no" ingredients, so definitely check the ingredients list listed on the app when the item is scanned, you maybe okay with some of them.

This app is great, and much easier than keeping a list of things to avoid on my phone. Some of the pictures of food are dated, but that's just a cosmetic issue. I would love a feature added in the future that allows you to tap on the bad ingredients after scanning a barcode to see why they should be avoided. I understand it's under the search menu, but if there's more than a few it makes going back and forth annoying.

I love it and will always continue to use it. but on my end it's making shopping take a little longer till I learn bc I have to back out of it sometimes and rescan for it to work. not sure why. it's like I can't scan 2 items in a row without having to back out. but I love it and can't wait for the bugs to get fixed. thank you for this app! it's worth it. other than that 5 stats all the way

It's OK. I tried scanning some usual foods we get and nothing came up. But, when I typed out the name, I could find about 50% of them. I double checked to make sure there wasn't a barcode sticker over the actual barcodes on the ones that wouldn't scan and there wasn't. I'm going try to use it when I'm questioning something with ingredients I don't know since this app does give you a quick description/explanation on many ingredients. That is one thing I really like about the app.

It would be nice if the ingredients on the list were customizable. For example those with allergies could change foods from green to red, so they would know to avoid them. The reason for the two-star reviews is because as a nutritionist I see several green items that should be red and I see several red items that could easily be yellow, maybe even green. When creating an app like this, people trust accuracy, and it's hard to be a 100% accurate, but it's pretty necessary to do just that.

It's awesome when it works. App is really slow. I look like an idiot when I'm holding the product under the scanner for like 30 seconds and nothing comes up. Have perfect cellular connection and wifi in the store. Takes waaaaay to long. Annoying. May look for another app as this app adds like an extra 30 to 45 minutes anytime im grocery shopping. If your app doesn't recognize the item, it should be way quicker to fire that info back to the user.

Much better than Yuka! Plus this one is free. The only reason I don't give 5 Stars is because I have seen several products listed more than once, and I don't mean different flavors or scents. I mean the exact same product listed more than once. I have sent an email asking that they go through their database and clean it up a little. Hopefully, they will.

Ridiculously glitchy. It won't let me scan more than one item when I know I've scanned that item before. Also, I would think that everything in Costco and Whole foods should be on the list, but I've searched and can rarely find what I'm looking for. Plus there's always an ad for Thrive market. I hate that market. I guess I'll stop depending on Bobby and this app and find somebody else's app. Too bad, because I used to enjoy Bobby's YouTube videos. Now they're just laced with commercials.

This is a great tool for making choice when you shop. I appreciate all the hard work from Bobby and contributors. My RA count went from very high to 2!!!! my skin is way better, using only Bobby approved products. I love the outline of WHY something is not approved so we can learn as we go. I could NEVER go without the ap and everytime im using it in the store, others ask me about it and usually download it on the spot. I wish I could give this even more stars.

I love the content and the service it offers. Yes, I do have the same issue as others mentioned, only the first item scans easily after opening the app, but there is an easy fix for that, just close the app and open it again when ready to scan the next item. This can seem as an inconvenience for many, but the app is free, why complain about a minor issue! The fact that the app is free for us does not mean it is free for its creators, so please do not complain, be grateful, and enjoy it as is!
