Been using the BODi Fitness, Workouts, & Gym app for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one health and fitness app with tons of workouts, recipes, and motivation. Pretty solid if you’re into getting fit and staying healthy.
There’s over 140 different workout programs to choose from – everything from yoga and Pilates to high-intensity cardio and strength training. You can do them at home or at the gym. It’s got programs for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete.
Look, if you’re looking to get in shape or just live a healthier lifestyle, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little buggy sometimes and the meal plans are just okay. But overall it does the job and has everything you need in one place.
