The issue related to the diamond lock gathered from the salary task does not seem fair. Since you already deduct two percent for mutual benefits and also in the coin gift process, please review the deduction of diamonds from the salary lock again. This appears to be a case of double payment, which affects all your customers. To handle this matter properly and maintain customer trust, kindly make the necessary adjustments. Unless staying in boloup is wasting of time.

I am a regular user and supporter of your platform. I kindly request you to reconsider and remove the diamond lock system, as it is creating difficulties for many users. The application was working well until they started an necessarily locking users salary and demanding a multiple of the locked diamond trade to be able to unlock the diamond that's so much bad

The app is good but am getting frustrated the app is too slow I do spend more than 12 hours on just 2 hours task very slow to likening. Also how I wish boloup can upgrade the system to gifting yourself like others I will be more happier.

I like this app however, I've experienced lag and unable to open it anymore. I don't know why. My internet is stable and may phone space is 70GB.please advise what else I could do.

The app is good but you need to improve on the games, especially on the fish and ocean hunt games. good job boloup👏🏻

my own opinion is that the app need to set in a way that people will find it interesting, make more of win than lost at list balance it because if people keep losing on the app massively other might not like to join so I suggest let it be friendly to both parties 🙏🙏💯👍by then I will come back to give it five star trust.

I love this app but it's too much updating... right now I was not able to install it on my phone and the annoying part is that I have paid for coins.. why can't I install it on my phone?

Why i rate this app only one star because this process is bad when withdraw time then you need 4 level. When you invest 1700 Nepal rupees then app give only 1000 ruppes in 2 month latter. Then I didn't like this app doesn't use it thank u. When app remove this system 4 level needs then withdraw then you use. OK thanku for understanding.

your app is the most useless app ever seen. you said you will turn it to self gift for the past 1 months.n you are still sleeping on it..instead you are busy creating stupid and useless events just to make people lose more coins on your crazy app.no way for people to get gift exchange.when they try to get it they get scammed inside your app.make it a self gifting app you choose not to because you want more people to lose their hard earned monies to you.u must be crazy.Nonsense set of thieves.

I don't like the everyday upgrade, and yet nothing different to show. Secondly, please reduce the percentage you charged on exchange of coins to diamonds. These are the annoying things I found in this app. But you're still genuine

I would have given 5 stars , but the app upgrade is too much and many people are leaving the app because of this and more so, the task is taking more than hour to complete and that's really frustrating, it will be nice if you can work on this

This application is really good, but I would like to suggest one improvement. During a party live, when the host places a lucky box, people join just to claim the coins and then leave. They still receive the coins, which doesn’t seem fair. Those who are actually staying in the party live don't get the coins. It would be better if only the users who are actively present in the party live could receive the coins.

I don't really understand The app very well. please make the invite simple to us so we can be able to invite more people to the app. the rewards task is too much please reduce. when you invite one person let there be a reward. to talk to people is not easy. please make the app easy for us. gambling and games hardly return. The app hang too much, mostly when you're other users live or chat room. I have to minimize and delete then come back online. And also fix the verification process. I still want to know why you guys keep locking ones diamond even after reaching the required diamond to unlock. The app pissed me off a lot, from one problem to another.

Boloup has been good so far, but Am very very disappointed and frustrated from you guys for this recent everyday face verification, you asked for face verification every blessed day, even after verifying and you approved, the next day you will still ask for a face authentication yet again, like it's frustrating, you guys should stop it, do something to stop it or I will stop using Boloup app.

you people are not trying.i bought coins in order to exchange and withdraw my diamonds, only to be disappointed seeing the change in the minimum withdrawal amount from $10 to $11. it is unfair. it is in the interest of your users that the minimum withdrawal amount changes back to $10 since it's even. Now, I have completed my task to reach $11 and some of my diamonds are locked. Boloup seriously? This is frustrating... Seems you are out there to frustrate your users. 😡

This app used to be very swift, but recently, this app is no good. After spending money to buy coins and wasting time in the app, you can't be able to your money, the system of this app is so slow and very unprofessional. So many upgrades and yet nothing is better in the app. Honestly, this is so sad and very heartbroken.

boloup is a very good app,but very poor customer service,if you have any issue or you need to ask questions, nobody to ask, even if you send messages to the provided channel more hundred times,there won't be any response, Boloup team need to really work on this,it's so unfair. I ll have given them five stars but the customer service issue is so annoying
