It makes the process of disputing any negative marks on your credit report really really easy. And it hasn't tried to charge me anything.

No way to contact support. Law says 30 days. They do 45. No proof of anything from app or from company being disputed. Credit company breaking law and I've just sent my own letters and contacted CFPB complaint line.

thanks to this app I have found out a lot found out that I had loans talking out in my name I didn't know about found out someone set up a credit card in my name they know about it's a very good app

I have described to your service to use and I wonder why nobody never called me back or email me back when I try to get a couple of customer service this is crazy it's been approximately 3 weeks now I've been trying to get in touch with customer service they have not replied that

After the newest "update" it is not possible to get into the app without taking a survey that is not possible to get through. I'll answer the questions but there is nothing allowing you to continue post the second question. No scroll capabilities to enter your answers. Wasted my time.

I have tried to use the Bolster app, and I have continued to receive the following message. "We’re sorry, your TransUnion credit report is currently not eligible for Bolster’s online dispute process due to file maintenance needed by the bureau." I called TransUnion, and I was told not to provide any info to this app, but I had already done that. I would have never known to contact TransUnion had the app filed my disputes, and I would've paid for a membership to a service that's not real.
