Great app and services. But at times when prices are up doesn't match the prices the customers pay. I get R20 sometimes less but on the app show high rates. and when looking at trip distance and the price so unfair. but in your app and other services are great

The app should specific about carryon luggages. i found many times that passengers come with many large luggages but call "Basic" mode, very unfair. the developer should mention about it in each drive type. the new display of theme in terms of customer requesting for a raid is really good, but showing street on both addresses without showing the particular name of the place for the drop up,I don't think is okay because not all raider know placeses with only the name of the street even me,not all streets I know the name. thanks so much for the good work.
Please make it in a way where you can select which ride you want instead of not accepting a ride and your Driver score goes down (Like Uber). There is no need for a driver score. Some Drivers have some agendas around a specific time and wouldn't like to go too far out of town but with your Driver score in place, whenever they do not accept a ride it goes down. Please fix it.
it would be great if you gave drivers the option to set areas they don't want to go to and they just don't get requests for those areas and to also maybe set trip distance limits. For instance if someone prefers short trips they can set it to prioritize short trips.
At first, I gave this app 5 stars but I had to change that because of certain features they added which now make the app so so annoying. For instance, the driver score they added is like a punishment to the driver. The driver is punished when a rider cancels a ride. At least give 1 minute for the driver to move and if he doesn't then you can reduce the driver's score. The drivers do not know where they are going until they start the trip. Also, Bolt allows rides to places wherbolt does not work.
The Bolt driver is no longer reliable. Their frequent and unreasonable suspension of drivers is overwhelming. Once a passenger claims that you requested an offline trip, they instantly block you without verifying the truth. Some passengers may not know the correct option to select when canceling an order. This practice has resulted in the termination of many drivers, but ultimately, the loss affects them as well.
The best driver app among the rest, I can't manage to hit my daily target without this driver app. The only thing I have a problem with, is the driver score rating system. Kindly do some about it, I propose the score to drop only if the driver reject the request, but not the client. Some clients cancel the request when you are already waiting at the pick up point, while others cancel when you are driving to the pick up point. And all these affects the driver score. Kindly do something about it.
You need to put back the feature that allows drivers to put the amount collected because sometimes riders dont pay full amount,sometimes they pay more and sometimes they dont pay at all ,so with your app now ,in the case where rider dong pay ,drivers still pay you comission of the money they didnt get,,and pricing is too bad now,fuel have gone too expensive now,please re-visit the pricing
Wish I can rate 0 star every day, earlier before now if a ride is not accepted, status goes offline, now it sucks. I was in a red zone but needed to go offline for personal work, request kept buzzing without opportunity to go offline. Before I knew what was happening my acceptance rate dropped drastically.. thanks to indrive saving the day with it's flexibility, plus why should my score go down for uncontrollable, waited for over 30 minutes and rider canceling the ride. mehn!! I'm pained.
horrible customer care, bad prices , the bad quality of customers. and the map is also faulty. sometimes they mistake the pickup and the drop off. the issues with the app can cause the customer and the driver to disagree for no reason. at the end of the day you can end up tired and broke. they can also waste a lot of your fuel during pickup. and the prices are super low
I've used Bolt Drive several times and it's been an excellent experience. The app is easy to use, and the cars are clean, well-maintained, and ready to drive. The app is much less advanced compared to the Uber app. I like that I have the option to start Waze or Google maps as navigation app. But a dedicated navigation based on Waze or google maps would be really nice. But: I hate that it is not compatible with Android Auto / Carplay. In Carplay especially when I get a new ride it cuts my Music / Radio. I have to restart it from the car menu at every ride. Does not happen on Anddoid Auto. I am missing the Pick-up and Destination / Delivery info. Als
Did app is scam. they remove my car from comfort. spider 2010. alot of at trustee from them. As a Bolt driver Car is mine and the platform is yours. We should work in accordance with it. Therefore 1. Let it be known that I do all right in app 2. I'm not obligated to honor all rides 3. I have the right to also sign up on other platforms and honor theirs when it comes 4. The app is great, but has failed to show drop of time and duration, it only show pickup time. It supposed to show both pickup and drop off time. This will help driver prepare very well for the trip. Again, it doesn't show full address with location, it shows only the street without the exact location, if it's in the Island or Mainland. Also noticed recently, waiting time and traffic delays are not paid for. So passengers useless drivers time by moving from place to place knowing fully it's free.
bolt condition's are not working well with us because, they have there own price tag so if you go beyond it, if you add more money more than what is on the app, they we automatically block you, they also collect 30 present on every ride we do, the on net money has never be alright with them but still yet, they are still putting there eyes on us, i have been a victim now for more than three times so, we don't want bolt again in Nigeria thank you.
Very stable navigation,showes immediate direction just after leading, thats very helpful, however you can't use it while driving, It now has both an aerial and driving view ,still not very detailed, which means you can easily miss your turn. Works best when automatically linked with Google maps or pantel maps and waze. Very detailed about the rider's info ,which helps a lot .*Please show pictures of riders as they can also see us. *
The new offer feature was good and all, but after finding out that if I get as much as five offers at once, the others negatively affects my acceptance rate. I reached out to their customer support team, and they don't seem to care enough to take it seriously. Mind you a low acceptance rating means suspension. Imagine having an acceptance rate of 100% drop to 75% in just a few minutes because I had series of offers flood my app at the same time. That's just bad
Great experience so far, as far as delivery apps go. But I think the app was built to force Riders to pick orders against their wish because the pop up notification is too intrusive. Usually I do mistakenly pick orders I wouldn't be keen on picking while struggling to get the phone from my pocket. And eventually when I cancel, I'm left with negative ratings whereas the situation isn't within my control. Please kindly work on this. Thank you.
The app is great. But please add some functionalities, like: # Riders must be verified before they can be able to request rides. Verified through adding a selfie and an ID number. That way, if ever something goes wrong, at least you have the identity of the person who requested the ride. We've heard a lot of crimes these days. People request rides, but they have other alternative agendas. please add this and it will improve the whole business around requesting rides.
