Great app and services. But at times when prices are up doesn’t match the prices the customers pay. I get R20 sometimes less but on the app show high rates. and when looking at trip distance and the price so unfair. but in your app and other services are great

The fare is too low and commission getting higher. The app should specific about carryon luggages. i found many times that passengers come with many large luggages but call “Basic” mode, very unfair. the developer should mention about it in each drive type. By soon more drivers will quit the app.

the new display of theme in terms of customer requesting for a raid is really good, but showing street on both addresses without showing the particular name of the place for the drop up,I don’t think is okay because not all raider know placeses with only the name of the street even me,not all streets […]

Please make it in a way where you can select which ride you want instead of not accepting a ride and your Driver score goes down (Like Uber). There is no need for a driver score. Some Drivers have some agendas around a specific time and wouldn’t like to go too far out of town […]

it would be great if you gave drivers the option to set areas they don’t want to go to and they just don’t get requests for those areas and to also maybe set trip distance limits. For instance if someone prefers short trips they can set it to prioritize short trips.
