Other dev who thinks he can start a monthly subscription after charging for the app to install. Waste of money. Better invest in home assist and raspberrypi instead of paying him every month.

Won't connect. Receive error , "Unexpected Response from Tesla." I'm using oAuth and refresh tokens. I've contacted developer but no response yet. Will revise review when it can connect.

It's a great way to automate the car. Developer is awesome at communicating too!

I have prior experience with Tasker but this was super easy to use and was able to setup a Google assistant voice command to turn on my car's air conditioner in under 5 minutes! Developer is also very prompt.

Was a great plug-in but now is Subscription only. Could allow for the free personal quota allowed by Tesla but the developer decided to charge monthly for access. Well, it was nice while it lasted :(

Great tasker plugin, can highly recommend. Saw another commenter mentioning he uset up an automation for notifying him when he forgot to plugin his tesla. Genius! Dev, what are some of your favorite ones?

Josh replied instantly to a query I had with an instructional video. So handy having the ability to unlock my charger port with one click. No need to purchase a fob now.

It just works. I can't believe I waited this long to try it. Edit: I had an issue, emailed the developer and he responded within the hour with a solution! I can't say enough about this app and developer!

This plugin for tasker is awesome! I was able to automate my cars charging schedule to get around peak energy rates. Dev is super responsive and offers great support for his plugin.

Great app for full car control without all the extra bulk of related apps that I didn't need. Dev very responsive to contact. Other reviews expecting dev to pay fees and give away to users free are silly.

Such a relief to find this update to the old Tasker for Tesla plugin. So pleased that there was an easy upgrade path (though I had to back out of tasker to get it working). Very happy to pay again for this incredibly useful app. eg it allows me to have a widget that opens the frunk instantly with one click which is so much better than the Tesla implementation even with their clumsy widget.

GREAT support! I had a few issues and questions, and the developer was SUPER responsive and helpful in resolving. The only issue I can think of (which isn't really an issue with the app) is it would be nice if some sort of guide or explanation could be provided explaining what all of the tasks do and how they can be utilized.

Previously 5 stars, I don't want another subscription. Please revert to Owners API and skip the fleet API and it's costs. You can only turn on/off the HVAC but you can't turn on/off the AC toggle. A backdoor to turning on the AC toggle is setting the temp to 59F but I can't find a way to turn it back off using the plugin. The voice command "turn off AC" works but not sure if Tesla has an API command for this yet or not.

I have been the happy user of the original plugin since it was first available and I used Tasker to automate my Tesla's charge limit change. It has been working flawlessly. I recently changed my phone and got this app. It works just like before. Dev support is just awesome!

Works well except the sign in part. 3 stars since sign in with SSO tokens is a hassle on Samsung Galasy s10e. There are two access token fields for Access and Refresh tokens. Once you paste in one and minimize the app to copy the other, upon returning the initially pasted one is cleared. The only way to actually sign in is to have one be filled by some password manager and other be pasted manually.

Absolutely fantastic app/plugin, does anything you can think of in terms of automating your vehicle through Tasker. I use it to provide me a notification each night if I forget to plug in my car. Edit: Developer kindly reached out explaining the disappearance of the old app and offered to provide the new one for free, appreciate the clarification. Honestly don't mind buying it again to support this awesome dev! 5/5 stars.

Works well for most of my current automation requirements, it would be nice if there was some more detailed functionality around the HVAC options, such as seeing the air recycling option on (this option is always turned off after a software update).

I just wanted to say this is the best 3rd Party Tesla integration app around. I use this everyday, it works so well you don't even notice it's doing, basically whatever you can do from your app can be automated with anything Tasker can do. Keep up the great work 😃
