Complete SCAM!!!! The rate shown doesn't guarantee the exact amount you will pay at the end of the trip. there will be time charges, passenger fee, etc. Drivers trick you with delaying to accept booking so you would be charged time fees. NEVER INSTALL THIS APP. You've been warned!!!

terrible experience. The driver changed in the last minute as I was approaching the car and then I was redirected to another car which was a 5 minute walk away. The price increased in the meantime. The wait times are completely inaccurate. When contacting customer service they don't do anything to help.

I’m rating the app 1 star due to issues with drivers rejecting short rides (10-15 minutes). It seems drivers accept longer, higher-fare trips (80-100€) more readily, while shorter rides are often canceled. This is problematic for those who need quick rides, especially in emergencies. I suggest modifying the system to prevent drivers from rejecting shorter trips to ensure fair and reliable service for all users. Thank you.

The system refuse to pinpoint to go inside condo. Their customer service is not instant communication. Their reply is generally 3 - 4 hours minimum to the next following day. Some drivers do not check messages and do not answer calls. The drivera also have no initiative to call the passenger/text to confirm the location. Overall, if you are looking for a service that takes you from point A to point B with no hassle and no worries, please chose other service.

Missing a cpl of things in the app: (1) Ability to enter a specific car (reg number) when you're actually already in the car, e.g. when driving to the wrong address, the re-ordering. (2) When searching for a street address, the app shows one instance, which isn't even the closest. If the same street exist in another municipality, you have to press "show more" to find the correct address. This has lead me to select wrong destination 2 times. Why not show all, or the closest?

Please improve your ETA based on real distances. I was given 2 min ETA and the driver arrived in 7 min. It was not his fault because I knew that it will take longer based on driver's location. It is either a bug on your app it's a trick so that you'll get more clients.

AI support is not really helping because AI does not know all problems that may happen in the field. Also, if I am charged extra compared to the original price for my card for whatever reasons, why does Bolt have to charge me again instead of taking the difference that occurred? So basically, I am charged twice, and I have to wait for a couple of days to receive my refund for the initial price charged? Rethink this. Competitors will take over if you don't change your ways.

Not recommended to use. Driver is not coming to pick up place, support is not helpful at all, driver speaks only Russian and wasn't responding to my calls. I have been waiting for 30 minutes till he will find me (I sent him Google maps link and also was sharing my location in app (maybe that function is not working)). After the trip they charged me additionally because my trip longer than it was planned. In general I was charged because their driver went to wrong place.

Made a scheduled reservation with hours in advance, they confirmed it and I waited and waited and when the time for pick-up passed they canceled it without explanations. They charged the card in advance at moment of reservation and they let me down as due to them I lost the bus to Geneva and the plane. Avoid them as much as possible, used them only when you have no other option.

It works badly in the Netherlands. When you order the taxi, in many cases they say the driver found and then nothing happens and there is a search for another driver. and even if driver is in their way, it's never the time the app promises you they arrive. last example, I ordered a taxi, app showed 6 minutes, I was waiting for the driver 26 minutes. not reliable at all

Bad Experience. Unfair!!! 1) I booked a sedan for an airport drop, and they sent a van. 2) Moreover, they billed me in advance before the ride even arrived. Instead of billing by the meter or something. I was told the amount could range from AED 130 - 160, and they charged 160. 3) The cash method of payment was not available, so I had to add a card.

Bolt has started to become more and more unreliable. it only works well in some areas and for short journeys. otherwise, it is hit and miss. You cannot rely on it. When you need it desperately in critical situations or when you have even booked in advance, the drivers can casually book the ride without any repercussions. I am going back to the good old taxi ranks and would book a taxi with them.

Allowing drivers to take another order mid-ride is a good idea, right, ... right? Who would have thought it won't pass the reality check. The driver finishes another ride in the range of half the city from you and will pick you up in 10 minutes. What a joke. Waited 15 mins, still 10 min pick up time. How come? Want to cancel - too bad for you, cancellation fee. It's all fun and jokes, until customers leave and find another app. Have to admit, app used to be good. And no, my client score is 5.0

Had to wait an hour because drivers (women for women) kept cancelling. I waited 20 minutes then when the app said the driver would arrive in 3 minutes they cancelled the ride. This happened several times in a row. I had to select the '' in a rush '' option and pay an extra 8 euros to finally get a driver who didn't cancel last minute. Oh, and the price kept increasing of course. It's really annoying when it's late and you juste want to go home safely. Otherwise, good app.

Terrible experiences with this app. If it's not drivers canceling rides mid way to the arrival destination, then it's drivers are not showing up to the pick-up point. It's even more frustrating when you request a ride, and it says 5 mins away. Meanwhile, you've been waiting for the ride 10+ mins now. Also, why am I as the customer having to keep the driver up to tabs by messaging and calling when the driver doesn't respond to the messages and calls sent.

The app iss comfortable charging customers for cancelations but not to drivers. Had numerous situations where driver would cancel ride in the last moment leaving waiting for almost an hour on one occasion. Support is also AI driven so not useful at all and you can contact them related to rides that have occurred but not scheduled ones. All in all very poor service but lesser than two evils.

This app is highly variable depending on the location and other factors. Sometimes it's the best app for the location, but recently I had an issue where I was quoted a range of 159-229 baht for a journey in Bangkok. The traffic was light and I was expecting somewhere lower in the range, but I was charged 222 baht. I also saw the driver clicking a "plus" button that seemed to increase the fee on his phone. I'm not sure how this can happen, but I'dlike to know. Don't trust unless it's a flat fare!

horrible app, avoid if u can. always cancelling the rides mid way. had to go the the station for an important visit, booked the cab coming in 4 min. CANCELLED. Everytime. customer service charged me £10 for another similar incident. Accepted that I should be getting a refund, haven't gotten a refund. Almost a month now. now they might write a generic response to contact them via customer support but it won't be fruitful.

Lately, the application regularily does not match the location on the map with the address correctly. For instance, twice during a week we were let out a few hundreds meters away from my son's school, enven though the address I entered was correct and accessible for a taxi. Another example, today the application sent the driver to a wrong bus stop. I was even charged late fee. Update: new bugs with every update, can't see the map now after the order is made until the driver arrives.

Booked a trip a day in advance to get to an important appointment in time. Around the time of pickup, the app kept telling us it had found a driver but wouldn't share details, then, as the pickup window ended, it claimed there were no available drivers and cancelled our ride and wouldn't let us book another, leaving us stuck and can't even find where to leave a complaint in the app or contact customer services. Absolute joke of a service.
