I can't set up my account. I have tried multiple times. It shows that.my account setup is successful but when I try to log-in I receive an error message that my login or password are incorrect

Ridiculous!!!! you have no other option to recharge your navigo card which 1. needs to be emptied to be recharged!!! 2. can't be recharged if you used the last ticket in the last 4 hours... 3. doesn't work for non NFC phones!!!!! WHO DESIGNED such a non sense logic?!?!?

For short time use, it is overly confusing, time consuming, and slow. You also need to download a total of 3 apps to make the service usable which in 2025 is insane and archaic. Just get into the 21st century with the rest of us and use tap to pay.

Worst app. I had to buy 3 tickets for 2 people because you cannot use 2 tickets from one phone (1 ticket from Paris airport is 13€). Ok now I want to refund non needed ticket and it asks me to register. I try to register but it does not allow my international phone number (I tried russian and georgian numbers). Ok let's leave the ticket for the next trip. Ok let's try to use metro and buy another ticket. And nope, you cannot because you still have this airport ticket which you need to use first

Excellent for routes and timetables for transport across Paris. Worked perfectly for my airport transfer (RER B + Metro) and then for subsequently buying metro tickets on my phone. Going back I had trouble buying a new RER ticket. There's a known incompatibility between RER & Metro tickets on the app! Then the gate at Denfert-Rochereau read my ticket but failed to open. Luckily it's a manned station and the ticket desk opened the bypass gate for me. I don't know why RATP don't use tap on tap off

I need only 2 tickets for one connection between train station. I have finally managed to create an account on my husband's phone (mine is apparently not fancy enough to be used) only to discover that I can't create a second account on the same phone, even though it says the option will be available mid 2025. I am now trying to create a 2d account on my tablet and have been getting temporary error messages since yesterday. Totally useless.

All good apart from the App doesn't say how to actually use the ticket you have bought... I had to ask a lady at the ticket booth and she said that you just place your phone against the reader on the entrance gate... Obvious once you've done it one time but initially I was trying to find some sort of QR code to download or something like that... The App just needs a sentence on the "ticket" page to say "Simply place your phone over the scanner at the gate and one trip will be register as used".

To save the tickets it installs another app. But it can't remember my credit card [EDIT] unless I have previously registered with the IDFM system, whose existence and purpose are not explained in the app [/EDIT]. On the other hand, the ticketing part of the system is only necessary because Paris has decided to update to a 20th century ticketing system, so maybe we shouldn't blame the app.

It's crashing every time I try to plan a route, as soon as I enter the destination. As such, it's so far useless. EDIT: Several hours later it started working (although it didn't initially despite several restarts). Perhaps there was a server issue at first. I'm planning a trip. Will see how it works once I'm in Paris.

Gets 1 star because you cannot give 0 stars - the bus stop live info knows more about when the bus comes than the app - the translation is missing for the "leave a comment why you rated the app this way" section - we tried getting our tickets on the mobile phone and just got an error page every time we tried, with 2 different phones. All in all no good experience.

Today, 24th of September, I wanted to use my Orly ticket that I bought in June but didn't use it. But it's gone, it's no more there. The app is glitching and won't even load payment methods, even after updating and restarting. I couldn't buy a ticket through the app, it just doesn't work.

The Samsung Pay option tries to open a non-existent webpage, and the credit card payment option fails with a message saying it is unable to confirm the transaction and to check again in "a few hours". So, I'm supposed to wait at the station for a few hours before I can find out whether I have tickets or not? Embarrassingly useless ticket app.

Lots of connection problems which invalidate the purpose of this application since you don't have access to your tickets. Doesn't integrate with the integrated wallet... Choose the card instead! Edit: yeah sure, on the ticket page i have this message "An error has occurred. Please check your internet connection and try again." and since it's the only app that can't connect... well, uninstalled and I have a card now.

Ticket management is very bad. The tickets page is slow to update, and frequently times out. During purchase, it never finishes correctly, I need to kill the app and then restart to see my tickets. Then when trying to validate at a metro stop, I sometimes get a "no valid ticket" on the turnstile but it would be validated on the app. From the ticketing perspective, for a major city transport app this is one of the worst I've used. On a positive note, the routing and navigation works well!

I couldn't have made it in Paris without this! You load up ticket(s) on your phone (multiple packages available) and then you just swipe your phone (the app doesn't even have to be open). More importantly, you plug in where you are and where you want to go and it details how to get there, often with multiple choices. It even tells you what part of the train to sit on to be best positioned for your exit/transfer! Not just for the Metro, we also used it for the RER and our trip to Versailles.

It says can manage all of your tickets, but it does not allow for using individual tickets for two people. It is simple to use in the SNCF app, so you'd think this would have the same capability. The website says it is coming soon to Android, but unsure how that would not be a feature that would be launched with the app. I suppose that at least it is 100x better than any of Germany's train ticket apps or purchasing experiences.

When it works, this is one of the best transit apps of any major city. Routing is better than Google (which has some strange blind spots in Paris), and if you have a Samsung or certain other phone models, you can use the phone as a transit smart card. Unfortunately, the app is very flaky and the smartcard function often fails, leaving you to go in search of a ticket machine.

Got a navigo 1 day ticket. Tried to buy another the next day and was not able. Any attempt to buy a new pass fails with a message that the payment request was not successful. There is no option to select a new payment method. Tried signing out, reinstalling, clearing cache and data, nothing worked. Will be resorting to a physical card for the remainder of my stay.

Works fairly well. Be sure to have NFC turned on and a data connection before opening the ticket screen or it may freeze for a few seconds (requiring you to step aside to let others pass). Reasonable route-finding tools (I just used Google maps instead tho). But super convenient to have your tickets on your phone, to see your balance, and to add new ones without going to a ticket machine. And worked at every turnstile I've tried except one, including on the RER. Odd no one seems to use it.

Great app for buying tickets. Easy to use. However, route suggestions can be improved (especially when there are multiple options with several transfers), now some options are not displayed (e.g depart 3 minutes later, but arrive 10 min faster, or with 1 transfer instead of 2).
