I can’t set up my account. I have tried multiple times. It shows that.my account setup is successful but when I try to log-in I receive an error message that my login or password are incorrect

Ridiculous!!!! you have no other option to recharge your navigo card which 1. needs to be emptied to be recharged!!! 2. can’t be recharged if you used the last ticket in the last 4 hours… 3. doesn’t work for non NFC phones!!!!! WHO DESIGNED such a non sense logic?!?!?

For short time use, it is overly confusing, time consuming, and slow. You also need to download a total of 3 apps to make the service usable which in 2025 is insane and archaic. Just get into the 21st century with the rest of us and use tap to pay.

Today, 24th of September, I wanted to use my Orly ticket that I bought in June but didn’t use it. But it’s gone, it’s no more there. The app is glitching and won’t even load payment methods, even after updating and restarting. I couldn’t buy a ticket through the app, it just doesn’t work.

Great app for buying tickets. Easy to use. However, route suggestions can be improved (especially when there are multiple options with several transfers), now some options are not displayed (e.g depart 3 minutes later, but arrive 10 min faster, or with 1 transfer instead of 2).
