Ridiculous!!!! you have no other option to recharge your navigo card which 1. needs to be emptied to be recharged!!! 2. can’t be recharged if you used the last ticket in the last 4 hours… 3. doesn’t work for non NFC phones!!!!! WHO DESIGNED such a non sense logic?!?!?
For short time use, it is overly confusing, time consuming, and slow. You also need to download a total of 3 apps to make the service usable which in 2025 is insane and archaic. Just get into the 21st century with the rest of us and use tap to pay.

Great app for buying tickets. Easy to use. However, route suggestions can be improved (especially when there are multiple options with several transfers), now some options are not displayed (e.g depart 3 minutes later, but arrive 10 min faster, or with 1 transfer instead of 2).
