update: last week for some reason my account got restricted, and the banner telling me so was blocking the menu. While trying to contact support you just get a bot that tells you to contact via the app (refering to a feedback option that apparently doesn't exist). now the restriction has been lifted for a few days and I'm able to access the menu, but for some reason I have to reverify my pictures. And of course the auto verify function isn't working, so, can't contact my friends. Paying member

This app is a scam. Was getting a lot of profile "likes" while using free mode, but couldn't see who. Since paying for a subscription, no more likes. Haven't received one new like or view. When my subscription ends, it'll be back to blurred faces of people that aren't even the type I'm looking for.
Makes out like it's better than the others but it's not. A bit flashier and promises more but in the end you still have limited reactions on the standard version and unless you turn the filters off, you get very limited offerings, which defeats the object of filters. If you're not hard and fast with your preferences, you might be alright but if you're looking to connect with someone with similar interests who isn't on the other side of the country, you might be waiting a while.
If you do not spend money on this app, you can only do about 10% of what's actually available. The in-app chart of what you get with the free version compared to the premium is hilarious because you get nothing in the free version. Every single feature of the app is absurdly limiting in the free version. I have a message request that I can't respond to or even see who actually messaged me. I tap on the notification for it, and guess what? It takes me to the payment options for the premium.
Of all the dating apps I've tried, this seems to be the most successful and easy to use. Yes, you have the option to upgrade to the 'premium' version giving you enhanced user capabilities but the free version is substantial enough for casual use. No paying to view or send messages, no limit on messaging. Can't complain about it in the slightest. If any, this is the only dating app I would consider upgrading to premium on.
Your swipes are based on how many profiles you see, not like, and 99% of the time you see all the undesirable profiles before seeing 1 person who has liked you, but by the time you reach that person you've run out of swipes. Great. There are practically no profiles in New Zealand, so constantly having "no more profiles" show up. I do like the personality type feature, that is really cool and should be adopted by other apps, too.
So far its pretty decent. Got lots of messages/fr/etc quickly, and if i wasnt so shy, id do the same. However, having to PAY in order to accept friend requests that dont send messages, or see who viewed your profile is a put off. I wanna connect with people and this aspect treats it as a game.
Okay app. Mostly free. Would rather have other ways to pay for temporary upgrades like watching videos or occasional ads. Update: Gave it another shot. Worse than before. Has more bugs, underaged users, scammers and bots. More in app purchases AFTER paying for a subscription. Also customer support stops talking to you if you mention wanting a refund. BOO IS A SCAM!
Used this in the past to no success, decided to try it again, and now I have to pay money just to see a message request? Shamelessly obfuscating matches through a paywall when it's possible that it's not even a real human being on the other end is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm okay with them having premium features, but this should be a basic feature. It WAS a basic feature back when I first used it. Don't give them a single cent.
I spent on the app for three months, like many of these apps all it's ever wants is in app purchases, for more money. Zero, nada, no matches at all. It's a useless app, rather don't waste your time, it's using AI as well so you don't even know if half of the profiles are real on the app anyways. Every now and then it ask you buy something to progress even though you'll have a fully paid subscription.
