Its been a life saver, exactly what I needed. Although..... I am a tax preparer, and really only need it for 4 mos. out of the year. I really enjoyed the flexibility of changing my plan level. Not anymore :( I followed the instructions on how to downgrade my level, log into my acct via computer, oh, actually, you have to do it through google play now. Okay, fine. Go to google play, and my only option is to cancel. Not downgrade. So I contact BookedIn via email, and get a response back of "Why do I want to downgrade?", I explain why and BookedIn just give me an extension of when my next payment is. I didn't ask for that nor do I want that. I hope it you change it back to the old way. I highly recommend your product, but I need the flexibility back at what platform I buy.

I give it 4 stars only because there is not the capability to add a client photo to help associate who is who prior to their arrival, or the fact you cannot add before and after photos in the client notes. In my industry, this option would be a huge benefit. But updates are being made and I am hopeful this service becomes available soon. You can't beat the overall price for what you do get though. It has saved me a ton of stress in scheduling. 👍👍😇
The app stopped working and still doesn't work after the update, even with a brand new phone far superior with lots more resources. What should I do restore it ? The updated logo with red hands of the clock are red, still opens, the clock stays there for a good ten seconds, and then disappears, replaced by a blank screen (the app only). No icons, no nothing. This is the ONLY app that doesn't work on my Moto G7 plus phone !
The app worked perfect for years, but the last couple of months I haven't been able to access my appointments nor receive notifications. I tried every troubleshooting technique to no avail. Yet, I'm being charged for a service that I'm not getting any use from 😡😡😡
I have used this for my business for a few years. Almost 100% happy with it & the developers are quick to try and help! The app is easy to use and my clients love the interface on their end. Even clients who aren't super comfortable with tech. Highly recommend it! Bonnie Anders Combined Health Inc

Couple things to improve: Text alerts for the owner/ operator for pending appointment Easier access for customer to change appointment, and easier way for scheduling reoccurring appointments. Otherwise, great app...... just wish it wasn't so expensive for this app.... considering getting rid of it to save money... $35 is too expensive.
My clients didn't like the app, so I canceled it in 5 days of the free 14 day trial and yet they have tried to charge me 4 times since yesterday all early hours through the night. I talked to someone yesterday who said it was canceled also but they still keep trying to take my money. I don't recommend this app at all.
I love the app but I'd really love it more if the layout was abit more organised like treatments could be categorised like lashes and all the treatments, waxing and all the different treatments ect and also when making a booking if they wanted to add in other services they can from the one booking so i do have to manually go in and block out the time needed coz if i dont see it and another client books it makes it extreamlly hard.
I am very happy with Booked IN as my photo session scheduling app. It saves me a lot of time. I adjust it to its free version in periods when I'm less busy and back to the paid version in periods when I'm very busy. I have been using it for several years. Every barber or hairdresser must get this service. I have been getting new clients without advertising since using bookedin. The fact that I have integrated bookedin to my website, Google and social platforms has allowed myself to focus more on my cuts and less time on the phone answering calls and texts. Only thing this app is missing is to integrate a file option to be able to upload a photo of each barber or bairdresser next to their names to have less clients booking with the wrong person.
However I love the system, super easy to use and update and my clients love it! The only flaw with the app is that I cant request payments and im on the move a lot so i either need to wait until I have time on computer or attempt on website on phone which isnt as user friendly! But thats really small and they say its being looked into The team are really helpful with any Qs and get back quickly
Today the app keeps crashing says I'm unable to book clients it's causing lots of problems
I have been using Bookedin for a few years now. It had a relatively moderate learning curve, but after understanding its functions, it was straightforward. I have regularly scheduled individuals for my business, and I leave the program on autopilot without issues. I have received positive feedback about the SMS confirmation. I have not used this program to collect payments, so I can't comment on that. It is a bit on the pricier side. Customer service has been great! Annapolis Valley Guitar.
In the office we use it, it is quite convenient and easy to use, at first there were some errors but we contacted technical support and they helped us. I would like in the customer area for the system itself to understand that they are duplicates, sometimes simply because of a single letter even though the phone number is the same, it marks them as a new customer, then you have to delete the duplicates and it is a bit tedious.Also an area where you can print appointments would be perfect. I'm really disappointed in how the ap has been working. Usually deleting and downloading it helps, but it's not anymore. The screen comes up blank. Also, there is option for uploading pictures to booking which helps alot as we are a tattoo studios. This option doesn't actually let you re open the picture once you add it. Just comes up that it is loading, but never loads. We called and still are having the same issues regularly. If not fixed today we will purchase a different ap.
I'm the owner of Alternative Route to Wellness. BookedIn has always been a great low cost option for me. I like it's integration with PayPal, options to put down a deposit for booking, and newly files can be added to client profile.
Love this app. It helps me keep track of appointments. And my clients love getting the reminders. And I love the fact that I can send reminders and send appointments with services and price included. I would suggest adding an option for instance conformation for appointments. A weekly calendar view will also be super helpful. Being able to pull from contact list in phone would also save time because now I have to copy and paste numbers from phone into the app.
So far... really good It helps keep me organized. It's super easy for my clients. They dont need to download another app or need to create a sign in to book which is what I mainly love. The simplicity for my clients. I do with that there was an approval period added to each booking. So I had the chance to accept or decline it. Also, woukd be nice to customize your page a little more like adding pictures. Changing fonts. Studd like that. Other than that happy with everything else.
Thank you for actively working on fixing the issue, looking forward to have them resolved for good! Everything is good except one serious issue: Online booking won't allow client to pay for deposit once they picked their appointment. It would just freeze and not go to PayPal to take payment. We wouldn't know about this until clients called in and try tell us about it. This happened many many times and still have not been fixed yet...
