The app worked perfect for years, but the last couple of months I haven’t been able to access my appointments nor receive notifications. I tried every troubleshooting technique to no avail. Yet, I’m being charged for a service that I’m not getting any use from 😡😡😡

Couple things to improve: Text alerts for the owner/ operator for pending appointment Easier access for customer to change appointment, and easier way for scheduling reoccurring appointments. Otherwise, great app…… just wish it wasn’t so expensive for this app…. considering getting rid of it to save money… $35 is too expensive.

I’m the owner of Alternative Route to Wellness. BookedIn has always been a great low cost option for me. I like it’s integration with PayPal, options to put down a deposit for booking, and newly files can be added to client profile.
