bs. the app is great with locating sites. The new cancelation is bs. The app let me start booking at one time. told me that the time was no longer available but still booked it when I moved to the new day and rebooked for a correct time that was available. I was locked in for both and charged the cancellation fee for the second one even though both bookings were less than 24 hours from each other and made less than 2 minutes from each other. do better booksey-$45!

I cannot log in anymore. I have a new phone, I've downloaded the app and logged in via Facebook but I'm being asked to enter my phone number for a OTP. The OTP never sends, I never recieve it. The app is completely broken for me.

John's deep tissue massage was fantastic, got rid of aches and pain's in the back, and worked on knots that I've had for a long time in my neck, a better range of movement already after only 1 session. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at this barbershop. Nate cut my hair and did an amazing job – the fade is fire and super sharp. The whole crew (Kris, Johnny, and Nate) are friendly and make you feel welcome. The shop is really clean, well-lit, and the music is at a perfect level – not too loud so you can actually relax and talk. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for excellent service and a fresh cut!

Charlie was brilliant! He really took his time to listen and understand what my boys wanted, and the results were spot on. Everyone there makes you feel welcome, even offering refreshments which adds such a nice touch. You leave not just with a great haircut, but also feeling looked after. Highly recommend.

Way too many unwanted notifications. App works for the reason I had to install it, but then starts spamming other services. Very annoying. No need for further details, I described the issue perfectly. I downloaded the app because I had to in order to make an appointment to use a local service. Then received a bunch of spam for other products and services that I did not sign up for.

Customer service so far has been found to be lacking. First, I was precharged for an appointment that the app failed to schedule and have since been unable to schedule appointments because the app won't accept any of my cards. Second, I've called customer service twice and emailed them once so far to no avail despite having received verbal assurances that the issue would be resolved. They never bothered to respond to my email.

I was having great experience until few days ago. I have same barber I use for a while now and usually if he isn't available, the date is blocked out. Friday the 20th, it was open to book, so I did. When I got to the shop, they said he hadn't been there all day apparently. So I cancel because obviously it was all misleading information for me and I showed up with no one there for appointment. I get charged $45 from my account. I don't think that is right at all.. I shouldn't be penalized at all

I tried to book an appointment with a loc hair salon, but when I didn't receive a confirmation of the appointment in a few hours, I canceled said appointment. Booksy then had the unmitigated gall to charge me a cancellation fee of $210.00. There was no "help" option in the app, but I found an 800# on Google, only to still not be able to speak with anyone. I immediately canceled my account and un-installed the app. Find another booking app. This one isn't worth it.

The few times I have used Booksy, I'll have my account set up to one of my cards and Booksy will tell me that I don't. I have never had such issues with an app in my life. I was charged 3 times the very first time that I used Booksy. I had to go through my bank to get the charges reversed. The app is fine in concept, but has some issues as well. UPDATE: I have already sent you guys an email on 8/13. No response 5 days later. Smh!

Someone else has some how used my phone number for their account so I keep getting notifications about their upcoming appointments. I cannot find a way to contact anyone in customer support to get the issue handled. I even downloaded the app to get this resolved and still cannot figure out a way to get this resolved.

Once I got my account completely set up and ready to go it seemed super easy. The only thing that threw me for a loop was, I put my credit card information in thinking that the haircut was prepaid for. So at the end of the haircut the Barber then asked for the money and I'm like why thought I paid already. So I didn't bring cash because I thought it was already taken care of. So you're giving your credit card information in case you don't show up they charge you a fee.

I'm irritated as hell. A barber I used to go to over 7 yrs ago put my phone number on this app and I CANNOT REMOVE IT!! I get text notices from different phone numbers so every time I block it, another one from a different number. I keep downloading the app to see if they've made changes to this aspect, and NOPE! It's irritating and upsetting and I wish they would make the process easier. I should have the option of removing my info from an app I never heard of before.

I'm just trying to get a hair cut. There's a new barber shop that just opened near me I wanted to try. Their website requires me to use this app to book an appointment. The app won't let me create an account, which is required to book an appointment for some reason. So this app is literally costing a barbershop it's business right now because I literally cannot book an appointment with them this way, so I'll just go the other barbershop that actually lets me book an appointment.

Transparency is always key in business. I find it odd that Booksy's appointment notifications are spot-on in terms of emails to confirm bookings, appointment reminders and requests for service experience reviews. I have even received a healthy dose of informational and promotional content. However, what Booksy does not send is confirmation of an appointment cancelation. I would even settle for an in-app timestamp in conjunction with the red emboldened CANCELED. But no, absolutely nothing.

Less than 1 star! I favorited one barber 3 years ago and now i can't stop getting text alerts for appointments. I have changed my notification settings and even blocked the phone number. They keep coming with different phone numbers. I tried to remove my phone number on the app but nope. I also unfavorited the barber. Still getting alerts. I haven't used this in 2 years. I'm tired of it!

Terrible customer service. I was ripped off by a business on the app. I've so far spent several hours trying to get my money back. Booksy customer support has contacted me twice saying they will investigate, I sent them the info both times, and each time their conclusion is "not our problem, contact your bank." BEWARE OF THIS APP! AVOID IT! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT USERS!

My first experience using this app to book was a disaster!!! The barber didn't show up after confirming the appointment. I wasted time and fuel only to be told that barber does not open on Sundays. Booksy won't let me leave reviews because it's a no show! That's the most ridiculous thing! Google still the best out there for finding reliable vendors!!

starting a couple weeks back Booksy no longer allows me to edit my payment to provide a custom tip. It has proceeded to decide what I should tip and charges me automatically. The first time that happened there was an option to decline automatic payments but that option wasn't working. Now that option has been completely removed. Since Booksy does not have a customer service option I will consult with my barber to pay cash instead of using this app.

I will never do business with anyone that uses this app again. It has always felt jankey. I went to make an appointment and it asked if I wanted to leave a 25% tip. I adjusted my tip and hit the checkout button. Somehow the tip was still added. There's no edit tip feature available. So I tried to cancel and rebook but the money was already being withheld from my account. I tired to call the stylist to rectify the issues but no response. Booksy practically have no customer service options.
