it's high time I summon the attention of the boom player developer to strictly work on the app, 😔 I don't know what's wrong with it, it can advertise all sorts of apps and digital devices but could barely function well earlier now, someone can't download songs, even when it's connected it still shows fail to download songs. why?
the app has been great, I've been using it for over 10 years now, but I updated it about a week ago and it doesn't update all the music on my phone. the older version synchronized all music on my phone into the boom player, but since I've updated the app, some music on my phone are not synchronized, I've tried it again and again.
I think am tired of this stupid update ....why it keep pop-up and stop my Music while listen to it which am using the same app ..what is the meaning of this nonsense...if no correction taken I will delete it and move to audiomark okay ... nonsense seriously I use to enjoy this app before now they have start doing nonsense... imagine can't play my downloaded song that I use my data to download for offline play ... they have start interrupting now with add while you are enjoying your songs.
Boomplay is doing amazing 😍🤩. Kudos to you and your devs. Only issue is you guys are now doing much ads just like other streaming apps (which you're actually much better than them). I understand the importance of ads though, but please minimize it a little bit. Also, the downloaded songs can be listened to without data usage. That's very beautiful. I love you guys 🤗🤗
boomplay used to be a good music playing app but now I don't understand what is happening. I can't use the app with data. Everytime I open the app with my data on, the app force closes. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app like three times but to no avail. I am tired. I can't download music because anytime I open the app it closes.
y'all complaining is just different from mine. please, tell me why some of my songs keep deleting from boomplay, like why do you guys keep deleting some of my downloaded songs? and also, why whenever I answer call, my song automatically starts playing? like I wasn't even playing a song in the first place! whoever the hell you are reading this should better get it fixed! there are so many other better streaming Apps out there. do better..
I recently just found out that all the downloaded songs on my boomplay vanished. This also happened twice before, I thought it was no problem but I decided to download all the songs again which costed me a lot of data. Now only for me to come to play songs on boomplay and find out that all of the downloaded songs are missing. It's very annoying. Please help me because this is a very frustrating situation like how can I download songs with my hard earnd data and for some reason it disappeared?
Guys, it's me again.. so I've been able to locate the " alphabetical arrangement"... thank you. However the issue of all internal music being hidden is yet to be resolved and I was told " it would be resolved in the next version" ( today). After patiently waiting, I updated tonight and it's still the same... or maybe it's not this version? but I feel just one button to " unhide all" is enough, just a little feedback.
I love the app. It's my default music app and has been for years But lately I've noticed that some of my local music are nowhere to be found on the app. Even when I go to file manager to play the music, the app plays a different song. I'd really like for this to be fixed so I can continue using the app
I have two major challenges with this app; I don't know if it's the same with others who use it. 1. When I play songs on my created playlists, not all songs get played. The app only selects some of 'em especially those that were downloaded on the app. I need this fixed ASAP please. 2. When I call someone on Whatsapp, the song is meant to pause but it doesn't. It continues playing through my phone's earpiece. This should be fixed too, please.
