This app just appeared on my phone and it will NOT uninstall... It's been over a year and I can't get rid of it... I don't have Boost mobile or Dish Network so I really really don't want it on my phone... No response from the developers so I assume it's just bad... I have it disabled but I even have to re-disable it every so often... I think the whole app is a fake but Idk... What I Do know is that it takes up a Lot of storage space so I'd like to know how to get rid of it... If possible...

Does what its supposed to as far as I can tell and living in rural Pennsylvania this network provides the best service getting 4glte, 5g & 5g+ easily where Verizon & ATT get nothing.

WHAT'S NEW? replacing connection setting from superfast 5G dish network towers, to slow, congested att towers due to sellout. so much for a great network

this is not the phone service to get! after sending me the first SIM, that was out of date, they sent me a second SIM with a promise that it would work I went through 3 hr of setup and told to wait for 24 hr for the system to complete the process. 24 hr later and about half a dozen members of tech support I was told to wait 72 hr. it's now been 11 days and they refuse to return my money. no service, no money no thanks.

Please Return the Spin and Win Wheel of Boost Coins. Love the app and boost mobile coins to pay for our wireless service. Keep up the good things. Spin and Win for boost coins, please. Thank you.

boost config makes no change. my data is still off-line. the best I get out of boost is your phone is no longer compatible with our new 5G service. go buy a new phone. well that's what I call real customer service! if you're experiencing no data or slow data go to settings, Sim status karma is your IMS service registered or not! so I can also say that this application shifted my phone Network from 3:10 - 240 to 3:10 - 260, the T-Mobile network.

this is trash! #1 why do I need to even have this? I've never had on any other carriers and I have uninstall updates and re install frequently because boost sucks I don't think I will be with them much longer as soon as I can find myself a cheap 2nd hand unlocked phone I'm going back to visible

I hate that you don't have any kind of the update on the phone to get to your accounts and I always have to go to the sign in and I have to get a freaking password to get to my account for the billing for my account I think it's ridiculous to go through all of that just to get access to my phone account and find out if you want to pay your bill I'm charged for it??

This app is like Boost. It doesn't work . I'm so tired of not having phone service. when I 1st went to Boost it was ok, now it's not worth anything . My data goes in and out and drives me crazy.

Does nothing, along with boost telling me how to fix my phone with airplane mode. or buy a new phone. it is new. Buyer beware stay away from boost mobile. Ive swapped phones, did all their troubleshooting. same issue. I jave signal, cant use my data. I get an exclamation point wifi shows i have data. they rip ya off

Trying to activate Boost service on my new phone is a NIGHTMARE. 3 hours wasted only to find out the sim card they sold me is expired and unusable. Now they gotta send me another one and that'll waste several more days. Meanwhile I've already paid for my service plan and the sim card and I can't even use it. I can't even find out my new phone number. Seems to me ANY OTHER provider would be a better option. Save your time, money and sanity and go to any other provider. I wish I did. 🤬

Well done. I'm amazed that all mobile providers don't have a similar app. It's tiny and requires no action on the user's part- just download and reboot. And it automatically configures the device to work properly with the Boost network. That's much better than contacting support and entering settings oneself!

boost mobile downloaded on to my phone to fix my mobile data. didn't work. I'm Uninstalling going to drop boost if they don't fix soon been a customer for yrs.

This app has a lot of problems with boost coins. Sometimes you get your coins and sometimes you don't. I've had problems numerous times trying to redeem coins because the slide bar wasn't visible. I watched about 6-8 videos and got credit for 4 of them. This happened for many days and when I called customer service they told me that I received the credits. I had credits one day and the next day I watched over 5 videos and still showed the amount I had the day before.

August 22, 2025 This failed last time. Not paying my phone due to economy. Let's see if I keep my wifi? Update August 30, 2025 Lost wifi calling. Boost config info online states that app is the one that allows wifi calling without an active plan. One week ago, it was a yes. Today, NOPE. I had this phone for five months. Just found out today when I tried wifi calling.....it failed Again. Boost config is a lie. According to my update time frame...active plan is a MUST

cannot use wifi calling. customer service is terrible. I got transferred three times and was hung up on each time after waiting on hold for twenty minutes each. no ability to solve the issue.

Didn't h3lp fix the issues with my phone at all! I've been with Boost for 7 years and now all of sudden I'm having problems receiving and sending texts, my calls drop unexpectedly, as well as missed calls. My phone was perfectly fine a week ago, now I'm having all these problems. If you don't don't fix the issues soon I'm going to another phone service!!!

Worst service I have ever had. For the last week, all 3 of my lines have not been able to use our data. We've only been able to use calling and texting. I tried to speak to customer service and was "troubleshooting " with a complete fool. Either I continue paying for junk service that I can't use, or find a new service provider. I am going with option 2. Do NOT waste your money!

Useless, same as Boost. I can't get the data part to work, their so called tech support can't figure it out (pretty sure they know the carries is worthless, but they need the job). When I asked for a refund, they told me that would cancel my account, and I would lose my number. When asking to port my number, I was given a phone number to call, which no one answers. Worst experience ever. RUN AWAY!

I just dropped Boost for good. I've had their service for almost 3 years. About 2-2 1/2 months ago, I started getting error messages, that my SIM wasn't registering, or that it wasn't compatible for my phone account. I called several times, even bought a new phone, which I was scammed to pay a lot more than getting the upgrade. Didn't realize it until a few days later. I called again. They kept saying, it's showing that the phone is working from our end, and in the middle of several calls, poof!
