Seems even worse after the update. Now it not only takes forever to open, but when it does and it is supposed to give you the login and spin bonus, it says it does, but it never adds the amount. Most of the time, it will not open. Tried to enjoy the opportunity to save a little on costs by logging in and spinning. Although I sometimes have waited an hour or more for it to open, every time I get to 5 or 6 days of spins in a row and go back in, they have all disappeared. Seems like a scam.

In the beginning, I liked it but over time, it gotten to the point that it won't open correctly the first time & I have to close it & open it once or twice before it will actually open. Plus, it now limits the adds that can be watched for coins. I do like being able to earn money off my bill when it works. UPDATE: I just logged in on 6/7/24 & there's no longer the daily login coins & the daily spin is gone & videos have dropped from 2 to 1 coin. I had an email about changes but this was a shock.

Terrible Update! The bonus spin for credit has been taken away. The new app doesn't always open. It also doesn't tell you about your usage. It's always the same since the update and has a disclaimer that it's not accurate. really?? It doesn't show my Hotspot data either. The last app showed both types of usage in pretty much real time, separately. So I could look and know what I had on any day. Now I can't tell. It's not user friendly at all. Makes me want to switch companies 😕

One of the few times in my life that I've had service with Boost for 30 years that have gone on the website. I wanted to check the rates to add possible long-distance for Europe, it shows Todo Mexico for $5 and then even when you click on that it just says enable that's it and I also looked for Europe and you can't even find it, there's an area where it says long distance and able 10 dollars it should be more specific !

The app allows you to keep track of payments. As far as the bonus points, it stopped the option to save month on Log In and Spin the Wheel feature. So, now I can't add savings to my bill. Updated (4/21/23) you only get 5 points for login and spin, but it stops adding points at 438 no matter how many times I log in or spin, the amount doesnt go up. Why bother adding that feature if you don't want to honor it, Boost?

They removed rewards almost completely. No more spin to win and no more check in streaks. Layout is okay but the app fails at most tasks you'd want an app for. Boost sends you an offer? Can't redeem it in the app. Want to see your data usage? Well the app is definitely wrong. All in all just a poorly made app they push just to have you download something. Edit: Trying to change plans, every plan I select comes up more expensive than its stated price. $25/month? Nope. $30 + tax. Boost sucks.

This app used to be good. I could spin, or watch videos to save on my bill. Now, I can play games for almost no points. (Over level 2500 got me almost no points.) I can watch ads, for 1 point per ad. What a waste of time. I'm looking at other phone services. I stayed at this one because I could save 5-10 dollars every month. This month, I get just over a dollar, and I play the game every day. What a waste.

If I could give it a zero, I absolutely would. They removed the ability to do wheel spins for boost coins. Now there's only offers and videos. Offers want you to hit max mobile game level for a measly 100 boost coins aka $1.00, and videos only pay 1 cent and take way longer than 30 seconds when they force you to play the demo for an additional 30 seconds. If you have all the time in the world to watch ads for coins, great! But most of us work for a living! Switching to Mint!

the audio system sucks most of the time you can't make a payment then when you can it tells you to enter a card number when they have it on file. talked to customer care and they confirmed the card was on file but the system says no. asked if they was going to fix the auto system and they said no it had no problem and I couldn't put a ticket in this has been a issue for a long time. then when you ask for a supervisor they won't put you through poor customer service.

The app provides no ability to view past billing details, no way to print or save current billing details. The only history available is payment history but it contains no details about what was purchased or what the charges were for. Additionally, this payment history is very confusing because it shows the same charge multiple times.

many of my contacts tell me it goes straight to" try again later" I'm constantly dropping calls, can't call out often, I get notifications of missed call from the day before. is there anyone else having these issues. I have a nice phone so it's not the phone worked great right up till I switched to boost . anyone else. used boost years ago and no issues at all.

your app has a bug in it. It crashes when you click on Boostcoins. All others work when you click on them, i.e. my payment method and others. can't play any games because of the bug. I updated, reset, un-installed and reinstalled. Still does the same thing. My phone tells me that your app has a bug. I can't even redeem coins on account of this. I can't even play games to get coins. I can't be the only one this is happening to. Please fix your app.

If I could give negative stars I would. Boost is a low down scum company. They trick you into contracts so you have to stay with them. Trick you into allowing them to add apps to your phone without your permission that you can't remove. For example the Boost Diagnostic app I never added to My phone. It pops up as running any time I am in phone call which is extremely suspicious. I cannot wait for the six months to be over so I can get as far away from this trash as possible. DO NOT USE BOOST.

Navigation in the Boost mobile app is NOT intuitive. Every navigation option is designed to upsell rather than answering your questions. The app won't let you attach a name to each phone line, just a device type, which isn't helpful when you have multiple devices of the same type. AND, the descriptors can get reshuffled when adding a new line. As a result, I added North American access to the wrong phone number (right device, but attached to the wrong #), leaving my kid in Canada w/o service.

Boost mobile has some of, if not the worst plans you can get. They're so keep because they give you limited amounts of mobile data during your month of service, and you can only pay to get more high-speed data once. Not even a week ago I paid my bill and somehow already used up all 30 GB of my data and I still have 3 more weeks till I can pay for high speed data. Also, my account has been suspended days before It's due. there's just problems all across the board.

horrible customer service and data service. they say you get unlimited data, but there's a limit. my service is consistently interrupted throughout the day. it goes offline then gets back online a minute or so later. they charge you to pay your bill in the store or when paying through an agent. the only reason I would use those options is when their online payment service was not working properly. they just all around suck, compared to other companies. plus a foreigner is always on the line.

App is very basic and unappealing in appearance. The ABSOLUTE WORST aspect of the app is that it ONLY works off the phones cell service. No wifi. So if your phone disconnects from the cell service like mine does repeatedly, you are screwed! You can't call them, and you can't message either. Unless you use someone else's phone to call them. Also, you are automatically enrolled in Auto pay...and you can't change it. There are other problems as well.😡

My data takes a long time to reset. The app shows that my billing cycle ends on the 10th, but when I spoke to a representative, they informed me that it ends on the 11th. I'm confused about how they can see the 11th when I see the 10th as my billing cycle date. Truly annoyed me. If they don't fix it, I might have to change service after 20 years of being with Boost.

My experience has been great so far and Gerty from the Boost store was excellent and helped with a problem from the new app. now I can't do add on's from the monies that I have in my boost app any longer, now I have to use a debit or credit card for a $5 add on. it's crazy now. all bs to add data when your data gets low 6(if you're lucky) days after payment & can't do data add-ons through my account. what's the point of having an account here!?!?.

Total scam. I signed up for a plan for two lines, with one half off for a year. I see the charge was full price and called customer service. They said the discount doesn't get applied until the day the bill is due (so can't pay early). But it didn't even work. They took autopayment with no discount. Prior to this, just getting my phone set up, they told me they couldn't set up service and wouldn't give refund or cancel account. Took over 6 hours, being repeatedly lied to get it setup
