I wear hearing aids. My phone Bluetooths to my hearing aids. ALL my audio on my phone goes through my hearinf aids. YouTube, Facebook, Music, Calls, TikTok......EVERYTHING plays through my hearing aids, EXCEPT this app. I've restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled EVERYTHING. Still no. Checked and approved ALL permissions l. NADA. This ain't rocket science!!! Cricket could do it!!!

I used to like this app. I didn't use the voicemail to text feature, but it was useful to be able to tell, at a glance, how many voicemails I had and who they were from. Now, it does nothing. I have to call my voice mailbox and check daily just so I don't miss anything important. This has been going on for months. I have tried trouble shooting it myself, but nothing works. It's just a piece of garbage taking up space on my phone. 😡

At 83 this is not the type of voice mail I have been use to and very difficult to listen to. I've called twice today and no one ha offered to walk me through it. And I think k its crazy to have to verify this is my phone when I call you. Eyes not always see quick enough to send pass code. Ty

no matter what I do I cannot get this app to work on my phone. I have tried everything and nothing fixes it. no notifications nothing in my inbox(although I will have a voicemail through phone services in my notification menu show up) but it always makes me call and when I open the visual voicemail app it still says I dont have any.

I went to the Palm Springs Location to attempt to have my voicemail retreived because I could not get into it. The clerk had the same problem, and could not fix it either. she just told me to use this app to retreive the voice messages, but I noticed that I could not hear the messages, this app only gives the time, date and who called. so much for this....

If you could actually turn off or on the voicemail, be better. Also, i did my best to delete all voicemails that i saw in the app, but when i clicked dial 1, there were over 20 messages in there. So, even if i deleted it on this app, it is still remaining so yep i had to do 7 until everything was deleted, so this app is useless.

Pointless garbage! I deleted after downloading because it failed to retrieve messages. So tired of having the notification at the top so I had to go to settings and completely turned off voicemail notifications. I just won't get voice-mails anymore. It wants you to download the app but still call to check them. It makes zero sense! This app is just like the original one except nothing works!! Save your time and sanity and just don't.
I can't remember the last time my voicemail app actually worked. It always tells me "unable to proceed" after it attempts to update in app and suggest I just "call" my voice mail, which is exactly what I end up doing at random because it never tells me when I actually have a voicemail. And of course I can't just delete the app all together but what's the point in having it if it's literally empty and just tells me to call. Been a customer WAY too long to have to fight to see voice messages. 😒

If I could give this a minus 1 rating I would. Since boost mobile switched to visual voicemail I haven't been able to get my messages unless I call my visual voicemail. And I'm getting complaints about people not being able to even leave a message at times. I want my old mailbox option back and uninstall this one as I keep getting error notifications when I click on the app icon. What's visual about having to call and get my messages now. Such an inconvenience and I'm annoyed to say the least.

It's the worst. It worked perfectly until it was mandatoraly "upgraded" (so-called). After that it did not work at all and I lost all my old saved messages. Spent over two hours on the phone with customer care and got nowhere. It still does not work to this day. But of course the mandatory auto payments work flawlessly. Text service is terrible now too. It's pitiful.
