worse costumer support ever, when I have a issue with my money transfer I contact the botim care in the app and it's only a bot u have to pass through some FAQ to reach reply system still you can't connect to the agent. if you didn't type within some time limit the chat will start from the beginning so I ended up explaining my issue twice. still my issue not solved the bot suggested me to contact customer service. when it says this word.i don't know how to describe.

The new update is not good. Earlier, I could use other apps or functions on my phone while staying on a BOTIM call without any issues. But now, if I try to use my mobile for anything else during a call, the line gets disconnected. This problem never happened before. Please fix this in the next update.

This new version of your app is not good because when I bring it to the card, after backing up the app, my sound doesn't go away. Kindly fix it for other people. I have to keep the app open and then the sound goes away. The sound doesn't go away. old version is good

I am absolutely furious with BOTIM’s abysmal customer support. For more than two weeks, I've been trying to get them to change my phone number by emailing them repeatedly, and I've received no response whatsoever. This is not just unacceptable—it's outrageous and shows a complete lack of any service standards. It's clear that BOTIM has no proper SLA for responding to emails and no quality control in their customer service. I have important matters on hold because of this neglect, and I am beyond

VERY BAD app. There is too much echo while speaking. it's the most BAD calling app in the Play Store... Voice quality is extremely bad unless you restart your phone for every call on Botim, keep freezing, and automatically switch off in every call... never rings unless the caller from the other side sends you a message on another app to tell you I am calling you !!!

Terrible app. There is no proper display when receiving a call, only an icon shows up on the notification bar. A lot of times the call does not even go through. Not recommended at all. Better to use another app with a VPN.

very very very bad experience.. transfered money to international bank balance was deducted but i didn't received money and not showing any history.. when i contacted customer service they also didn't provided complaint register number also... never use botim.. I need urgently money but my money was stucked in botim now... they don't know every AED and every time also very important to someone. 😡😡😡😡

I’m having an issue registering an account on Botim. Although I received the verification code, when I submitted it, the app showed “No Internet Connection.” I believe this is a bug, as my internet connection is stable. I reported this issue via the customer service email, and raised s ticket, but no one has responded. It’s been almost a month! And this the third times I tried for the customers.ervice

it's a very good app. However, it has a notification issue that they didn't fix for the longest time. If you get it a missed call, it won't show up unless you open the app, making it very annoying to know if someone is calling you please fix the issue because it's been going on for soo long 🙏🙏
